The nurse’s are absolutely wonderful. Front desk lady is super sweet! The doctor’s seem to really care. Which all of this makes me happy as a mother of 2 sick boys. Thank you Express for such kindness!By Amanda Norwood (4 months ago)Thank you Dr Stiles and Nurse Nickie. You guys are amazing. It was busy and I was in and out in 2 hours. They kept apologizing for the wait. That was no wait compared to Scott and White. Very professional and took great care of me. I truly appreciate you two.By Lisa Harden (2 months ago)The nurse, CT Technologists and Doctor were very respectful and took care of my concerns i came in with. They all made me feel like they really cared. This is very hard to find anymore!! Thank you for the good treatment from these staff.By Laura Phillips (5 months ago)Front end staff, nurses, and doctors were compassionate and helpful. They were able to complete diagnostic testing in a quick, efficient time frame. They provided excellent medical care! Thank you!By Julia Butler (4 months ago)Worst experience ever,
This is where my husband and I go, me because my primary care is in another state and I don’t have any medical problems, other than my ears.
Todays experience was horrible, everyone I came on contact with was more involved with sharing things on their phone than the patient. They did not seem to know what they were doing and the Dr was no better, he was not in the room with me more than 3 minutes, barely looked in my ears and said their fine, then recommended I go see an ENT.
The receptionist, however was amazing, she recognized me and was very apologetic,
I will make sure that staff is not their next time,By Shirley Hutchinson (5 months ago)

The staff was amazing. Comfortable waiting area with snacks. Had me feeling like this was not your standard doctors office. They got me back fast. Even though I was about 20 minutes early. The best part is the Doctor actually took the time and listened to all my concerns, instead of just hurry up and get them in and out. Will be coming back for sure!!!By Nathan Barnett (a month ago)I tried Total Men’s mainly because they accepted my insurance. There were some good points and some bad points.
The good:
1) I was able to have my pick of appointments.
2) The doctor was incredibly responsive to my follow-up questions via the portal. Seriously, like within 30 minutes, and because of some items I’ll mention below, I messaged her a LOT.
3) Snacks and a welcoming waiting room.
4) Appointment was completed in a reasonable amount of time without long waits either in the waiting room or in the exam room.
5) Able to pay remaining balances via the portal.
6) Access to medical information via the portal.
7) She identified an issue that had gone untreated. The not so good:
1) Although they are a “men’s” clinic, there are certain aspects of “men’s” health where they won’t accept insurance and force you to pay a cash price.
2) They want you to pay an office visit when you receive labs for the initial doctor visit and again to discuss said labs. This makes for an expensive trip to the doctor.
3) On a follow-up conversation with the doctor, she stated her notes reflected a conversation we did NOT have regarding their inability to prescribe certain “men’s health” medications unless you pay cash for the appointment. This is apparently a company policy.
4) I assumed I was seeing a doctor, but she is an LPN, which is fine for most things.
5) Their record keeping is not very good. I met in person for visit # one and then had a telehealth visit to discuss labs. It took some digging for them to find the telehealth visit and to confirm I had paid for it. Also, I spent two weeks chasing a prescription only to find my insurance had sent the doctor a rejection notice. In the 3-4 conversations we had about the prescription during this time, it was not mentioned. In the end, I ended up changing prescriptions, but it took almost a month to reach that point. Some delay with the doctor, some with the pharmacy and some with insurance.By scott rasmussen (a month ago)Was able to make an appointment quick and got in the next day. Staff is awesome and makes you feel at ease. Great place. I was so impressed, they’re now my PCPBy Dane Kantro (4 months ago)The staff was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Much easier to make appointments and get in to see them than the normal big hospitals. No wait. Would highly recommend Total.By Larry Vaughn (2 months ago)Had a great visit to this location. The professionals here helped me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable while explaining all of my options thoroughly. I will definitely be making this my primary mens clinic going forward. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Men’s clinic.By Brandon Cabiad (a month ago)

That’s it for our list of the best urgent care clinics in Temple TX! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
There are so many great people here, from the Front Office team to the Nurses and Doctors. My family has been here 3 times so far and each time has been wonderful. You can tell they love what they do. Each person takes their time with you, talks with you like you’re human & not just another number. Your thoughts and choices are important, you’re included in the decision making of your own healthcare. If you must go to any urgent care or ER I highly recommend going to Premier.
When Baylor Scott and white urgent care told me they were at capacity and couldn’t see my daughter I chose to go somewhere else. I ended up at premier ER and urgent care and these people were a breath of fresh air! They were kind, welcoming and the doctor and nurses were very knowledgeable and caring for my baby. I 100% recommend this ER and we will be going back if and when needed. Thank you so much Premier for being there for us and taking care of our little girl❤️
Allison was a great doctor and treated us amazingly. The staff here is always so nice. They treat you like a person and not just another number to tick off. This is the only urgent care I will go to and I drive 25 min just to get there. They are very fast and efficient, don’t come here though because I like the short wait. 🤣🤣
Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. As a RN who worked ER, I have NEVER had any issues with this facility on either the Urgent Care or the ER side. Great service started from the time we walked in with the front desk all the way until the end upon discharge. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely continue to come here for my care.
It was so nice to not have an 8 hour ER wait. It did take about four hours total but I was kindly informed when I came in on the Monday after Christmas that neighboring express cares were closed and they were busier than usual. They took great care of me with a very uplifting spirit. I am on my way to recovery with bronchitis and thankful they were there when I needed them.
