I visited last night for a shoulder issue and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable service! Dr Parker is excellent, great bedside manner and knowledgeable. They have provided outstanding medical service to both my husband and myself on multiple occasions. Recently they found pulmonary embolisms in my husbands lungs due to covid, started the necessary treatment to stabilize him and made sure all tests they ran/treatment notes were transferred to our family physician, cardiologist and hematologist for further treatment. I took my husband here for a kidney stone. He was in excruciating pain. There was no wait when we arrived. He was placed in a very comfortable room, received pain meds, IV fluids and a CT scan within the first hour of being there. Then he was transferred to an even nicer room. It was literally as close to being at home as you can get in a medical setting. The doctor, nurses and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and caring. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They even sent us home with a goodie bag. The doctor, nurse, everyone was amazing and connected on a personal level, not just treating me as a patient. They reduced my pain as quickly as possible and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for imaging results.I dreaded leaving because I’ve had similar places overcharge me and then had to contact them for a refund after my insurance processed it. To my shock, I left with a goodie bag and was told they’d send me the bill! I’m telling everyone to come here for their emergency care.

I visited the clinic on Saturday morning of the holiday weekend and didn’t have to wait very long to be seen. The nurse assistant and Kathy the NP who treated me were both very understanding, kind and compassionate. I received a shot, prescription and was out the door in less than an hour. I will definitely go back. Thank you for making it so easy and hassle free.
I have worked in the healthcare field and I can honestly say, the staff at this place understand beside manner and compassion. I cannot even begin to tell you how critical that trait is in 2022 (given how many medical facilities today treat individuals like another random number in a line). The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. The staff and nurses were all so friendly. Highly recommend going here in the event of an emergency or an urgent need.

I have been there over 6 times and consistently from the smiling eyes that greet you (remember to mask up y’all it just makes sense) to the wonderful intake nurse who has the most dangerous job of all swabbing all of our nasty noses and throats, to the Dr’s who quickly make assessments that save lives, they are consistently amazing ,kind, warm, and helpful. Please next time you get sick and need attention now check them out, they never disappoint. 🙂
The nurse at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. She’s amazing. Both nurses actually were very nice! I came in at almost close, in a bind, with a blown out ear drum and they got me right in. The doc is one of the best time seen in a very long time. Very respectful. Soft spoken. Truly cares for your well-being.
