Today is Saturday I went there. I was not feeling good there was no patient parlking lot was mt . after registration I sit 55 minutes 2 more patients came for flu and lab they done and gone no one inside patient I was keep waiting I asked counter table why they are not calling me she said I don’t know. There was no patient inside but not taking me. I asked counter lady if they don’t want treat me I need money back she didn’t take one second she gave me money back . I was very please on my last visit which was for a stomach virus and I was beyond satisfied with the service provided besides just giving me prescriptions. After receiving my results, I shared with the doctor, my symptoms. He stated, “It’s pollen. You have sinus problems.” He never examined me. He then stated, “I will call in a prescription. Which pharmacy do you use?” The prescription was never called in. I am so disappointed. Please be advised this is the third incident I’ve encountered with this doctor and this facility. I went today and when I tell you those ladies take their job serious.I never experienced service the way I did today..It was top tier. The best hands down. Those ladies deserve a raise(seriously)..

Mask requirement here. Went to Selma Pediatrics instead. No problems there. This place made us wait an hour and we registered through the online portal at 7:30 am. Didn’t get called back u til 8:45 and we were the first people registered.
