Sunday 10/30, 10:27am. Walked in because NOBODY was waiting in the lobby. Lady behind the counter doesn’t even greet or acknowledge us. We say good morning, is there a wait and she says, how can I help you. Once again, ask if there is a wait and she said yes, about half an hour because someone is being seen in the back. Had her attitude been better and had she acted like she wanted to help us, we would have stayed and happily waited the half hour. Perfect example of how poor service and the wrong person at the front desk can drive a business to fail. Cause of her BAD ATTITUDE, we left and will NEVER be back. Way too many other Urgent Care clinics in the area that have friendlier people. Don’t take at a people facing job if you don’t want to deal with people.
This was at the Mall Blvd location.By Ron Diaz (4 months ago)I had the worst experience here. I needed immediate assistance and no one seemed to help me. Once I was taken in there was one doctor who came in and asked me what my symptoms were. He said someone will come in after him and take care of me. 20 minutes were up and no one came to see me. I went out twice to check on how long is it going to take and the lady told me I had 3 people ahead of me. I was there for 2 and half hours and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with me. They got a flu, strep and mono test done and said it was all negative. After that they gave me print out saying I have acute pharyngitis “unspecified” and gave me a prescription for a mouthwash. There was no professional doctor. No one seemed to care to help and I left as bad as I came in. I went to my primary doctor a couple days later and I was diagnosed with acute sinus infection in 15 minutes something they couldn’t do in 2 and half hours. If you need immediate medical attention I would not recommend going here.By Sara Malhotra (2 months ago)I appreciate how comfortable everyone made me feel. I was in quite a bit of pain. I appreciate how knowledgeable Ms. Donna was and her personality was AMAZING! Once she started explaining what was going on with me I felt a huge sigh of relief because I felt heard and understood, therefore I was confident in her diagnosis. I wish you all did primary care. This visit really took the anxiety out of dr visits for me. THANK YOU!By Charita Brown (a month ago)We were on vacation when my wife came down with an awful ear infection and was in agony. We went to Expercare because they had quick availability and the care my wife got was outstanding. Mary was incredibly empathetic and acted aggressively in treating the ear infection. The treatment quickly got the pain and the infection under control and saved our vacation. Expercare provided the care you need from an urgent care facility but so rarely get.By Sam Thames (4 months ago)My mother (in her 60s) came to this location today, 1/3/2023, and was turned away by the woman at the counter without being helped because she didn’t accept her insurance credit card and wouldn’t allow her to be seen without making a digital appointment, even though there were slots open and then woman on staff could’ve helped her make a booking. The attendant on staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and dismissive of my mother’s needs for healthcare, so she left. I do not recommend ever going to this place if you are feeling bad and need to see a doctor, they clearly don’t know how to deal with older people or sick people. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CARE.By Margaret Harney (Maggie) (a month ago)

Usually, I have a great experience with this location. This time was very different. This was the worst visit I’ve EVER had. First, I was misdiagnosed and mistaken for someone else. Then I was forgotten while everyone went to lunch and was left in the room for over an hour, waiting for the correct paperwork. I had to leave my room to find someone at the front desk to get my nurse… passed by all the empty rooms in the process. Then I was rushed out with a random diagnosis that did not equate to my symptoms… Had chest tightness and sore throat, was told I had vertigo. …And did not get my Negative Covid test results on paper. I know they can do better.
Overall, I had a pretty good experience. I would say that the staff upfront , can definitely be more polite and courteous. I wasn’t too thrilled either on the wait time once I was placed in an exam room, after my vitals were taken, I was there too wait on nurse to exam me for almost an hr. While in back pain. I eventually received treatment, that I felt was given with diligence, respect and care.
Everyone was very nice! I came in with a cough and they took all my info but considering we are still in Covid times I had to wait in my car. I only was in my car for about 10-15 minutes before they called me to go back to a room. Once in the room the provider came in and I was out with 15 minutes. All in all it was very easy and smooth visit. Thank you all so much!!
I was recommended by VA to try this urgent care. Very satisfied. Great front desk receptionist for getting me in to see about my care every time. My provider is wonderful at listening to me and giving the necessary care to help with my pain issues. The best choice. Best business hours.. Great!! I am treated with respect because my pain is legit. If it was not for this urgent care I do not know what I would do.
I was able to check in online from home, when I got there they called me in from my car within just a few minutes. They were very thorough very caring. Everyone I know thinks they’re the best Urgent Care around.
