After 2 hrs of waiting with no contact, went in and asked if I could make an appt or go home and be texted there. The answer: no. Was told 15 more minutes and was placed in exam room. Finally saw a Pysicians Asst 30 minutes later. The “exam” lasted all of 5 minutes. The PA would not listen to my description of symptoms and I was misdiagnosed. I am now on my 2-week trip with the wrong medication and have to visit another Urgent Care Center today.By Ed Hawkins (3 months ago)Went in for covid-19 test prior to international travel 01/2023. Test was not approved by Japans ministry of Health and had to re test prior to flight.

Horrible experience. It was my first time going. I asked if I need to complete any forms and they said no. I was told 12 people we’re placed ahead of me child. I got there at 11 a.m, I left at 3:30 and did get service. I spoke to them 5 times on my position. I asked them again if I needed to fill anything out since my child was a new patient and it was a walk-in basis and I was told no. I go in again and the receptionist tells me that they have two list, the walk in and those who have appointments and my new position was number 3. If they would of told me from the start of the waiting process I would have gone to another place.
I’m sure the Doctors are great the front staff just needs to be trained better and communicate on how the process works.
The walk in system is really bad. If you’re not in the parking lot when they call you, you get moved to the bottom. I was put on the waiting list since 11:30am I didn’t get called till 3:30. I live super close and was there within five minutes. I didn’t get seen. So, you’re supposed to wait in the parking lot for possibly five hours and can’t leave even two minutes away or you won’t get care. Absolutely ridiculous.
I got there and had to wait my turn. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were very kind and understanding with my situation. Now I know were to go whenever an emergency happens. Very good service .
Every time I have come, the whole team from the moment I walk in really makes me feel safe and cared for. Especially today, they were phenomenal. I really am not feeling, and the whole staff from Doctor Sickelton, X-ray tech, and all the medical assistants Cristina and nurses Ofelia deserve so much praise and acknowledgment for the amazing care they provide. I am so grateful for them all. Many thanks!
