Called to ask if they do personal physical exams, got transferred to scheduling dept, lady said “Yes you just have to walk in with ID and insurance, open till 8pm”. I walk in, take a number and sit down as instructed. 24 mins later get called up to counter and lady at the counter (very nice) said they dont do that, only work physical exams and till 4:30pm. Someone in scheduling should learn their job a little better. Drove 15 mins there, waited 24 mins, drove back 15 mins, wasted an hour of my day, wasted gas and almost missed out on an important opportumity because of this. Do better to train your staff. He showed me where the issues were and gave me options. Including surgery. This was my second time here and I have been very pleased with the care! My son get a deep cut this morning and I didn’t know where to take him to get stitches but thankfully someone else had written a review that they got stitches here so I immediately put them into my GPS and headed there. They were able to get my 3 year old in right away. They were so kind and let me know everything that they were going to do. The doctor did an amazing job with the stitches. I think my son will heal up well with minimal scaring. So thankful there is a closer option for those in the Roscoe area vs the hospitals! I didn’t want to drive 20-25 min to a hospital when my son was bleeding like crazy in his car seat. My experience with physicians immediate Care was a good one. I like the fact that I can sign up online for a Time so I can not lose a place or have to wait longer because I just walked in. The position I had was excellent and the treatment was excellent also. I would use them again in a similar situation.
Very happy with my visit. They were all really nice and helpful. Doctor actually took the time to listen to what I had to say and looked into it right away. Thank you again for helping me!
My observation when I enter any business:
Is the location safe, easily accessible, clean parking lot, clean windows, clean floors, clean facility.
Then staff:
Are they present and there to greet me with a smile and professional attitude.
Are they well trained for their position.
Is the wait time appropriate for the amount of patients in the waiting area.
When escorted back to the exam room, is it clean and well stocked with what staff will need when they enter the room.
The professional attitude, the willingness to listen, the ability to make me feel that I’m in good hands by all staff that I encounter.
And to walk out of the visit knowing that the provider and the staff worked well together, supported each other, and communicated with each other to make my visit a positive experience.
South Alpine location staff is excellent and highly recommended!

I had the flu & covid nasal tests done. She was as gentle as she could be. The results were quick, Rx given. NP Sara explained all I needed. Great staff.
