Dr. Henderson was AMAZING, very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I arrived shortly before closing on a Saturday evening, but the staff assisted me promptly and I didn’t wait long to be seen by the doctor. He made a thorough assessment before making his diagnosis. He explained the treatment and answered all my questions. Cleo, my x-ray technician was patient and caring as well. I received excellent care!By Ann Schroeder (6 months ago)I came in because a severe reaction to multiple wasp stings. The front desk was prompt and courteous. I got back to see a doctor within 30 minutes. Dr. Henderson was awesome. He was professional and caring. And even though I was in a pretty severe stage he kept me calm and made my health a priority. I will only use Baptist urgent care by airport if god forbid another needs arises. Thank you Dr. Henderson and staff.By JW Novotny (7 months ago)Dr. Anderson is delightful and a pleasure to talk to. He was very engaging, kind, and quick for a Friday evening. Ran through my symptoms with me then prescribed appropriate medicine and had me out in no time. I appreciate his humor and it made the visit not a typical doctor’s visit but an intrapersonal one. 🤗By Lulu. (Lulu) (3 months ago)Awesome experience. I recently broke one of my ribs and went to Baptist URGENT Care on Airlort for x rays. Renata my MA was awesome! Dust my PA was equally great! I hate going to the Dr. And they made it bearable!

Staff are friendly and fast. In and out like it should be. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I was given options for treatment that fit me best. The nurse Kristen P. did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable and welcome. Always with a big smile and words of encouragement. Highly recommend if your in need.By Jesse Moore (6 months ago)The reception staff greeted me with a smile, the nursing staff was professional, kind, competent and compassionate. The two APRNs Courtney and Patience both consummate patient professionalism and are so empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly and beyond attentive!! After long sick weeks of multiple visits to another unrelated facility seemingly incapable of treating me, I finally felt confident in the care I received at Quality Urgent Care and Wellness! I’m finally feeling human again. My ONLY “ go to “ when I’m in need.
Thank you so very much ladies 💕
By Mee Bee (3 months ago)I have been using Quality Urgent Care for more than 5 years. Courtney is the best! Amanda comes in second. They are extremely knowledgeable and proficient in their diagnosis, treatment, and care. ( I wish they were still open on Sundays)By Lola Newlene Dean (a month ago)Very unprofessional. The nurse practitioner rushed my visit and left office. Didn’t fill my prescription. I went to two different Walmarts two times wasting gas and time. When I called them I was told they would have her give me a call back and never returned my call. I was not treated for anything but billed my insurance. Had to go to another urgent care to be treated. DONT waste your time going here. It’s pointless.By Ronika Horne (a week ago)All they were worried about is money. Told me my deductible wasn’t met and I needed to pay $120 for a visit , I called my insurance (BCBS) and they confirmed my deductible is met they are in network and my visit is free. After seeing the doctor and asking for a flu test she said my insurance would kick it back and charge her so she wouldn’t do it! Complete waste of timeBy Rachel Anderson (2 months ago)

I went to the Urgent Care for the pain in my back. The doctor who worked on me(so sorry I didn’t get her name) is a good doctor. She had me had an X-ray, because the pain keeps coming back for more than 2 weeks already, to be sure it’s not a problem with the heart. The nurse and the X-ray technician are so nice I feel comfortable. 5 stars for all of them.
My husband is diabetic and we went there because for the last four nights he has had to sleep inclined because when he lays down he gets pain in the right upper abdominal area. We were just told if it gets worse go to ER. He has appointment Monday with his PCP but not able to get in before then. I have called everyday to see if there have been any cancellation. I would have thought being diabetic they would have at least done an UA. Very disappointing and waisted trip and money. Yesterday I called Urgent care at Perdido. We were told by staff member they have diagnostic. He could be seen and if test was needed we could just go with order at their facility and have it done. We drove out there and we were told at the front desk that they only do x-rays and to go to ER. Told with no compassion or apology for being told wrong thing. Our ER co-pay is $400. Which is our problem and issue but I thought the intention is to keep folks out of the ER. Hopefully he can get rest and problem addressed Monday with PCP..
Take 2 since my last review was not posted. I came in for a dot physical. I told them I drank a whole large cup of water on the way so I would be ready for my drug screen very soon. I waited 2 hours before making it known that I couldn’t hold my full bladder anymore and they made me wait another 20 to 30 minutes after letting them know I couldn’t hold it anymore before calling me back. So, understandably, I was irritated because I was about to urinate on myself and their male staff member decided the best way to calm a patient down was to be condescending, rude and unprofessional proceeded to tell me to go elsewhere or threaten to tell my employer that I’m being rude and declined to test me just because I needed to use the bathroom…. after that the same staff member said “I would ask when your last period was but I’m pretty sure it was just a moment ago in the other room”. If I had more time to go elsewhere I would have went elsewhere because it was not a pleasant experience. If you have borderline high blood pressure or cannot hold a full bladder more than 2 and a half hours then do not come to this facility for a drug test or physical because they will stress you out so much that your blood pressure will be too high to pass or let you urinate on yourself before helping you. Also, as if 2 and a half hours waiting for a drug test wasn’t enough, there’s also another waiting area to receive paperwork to leave.. I waited close to an hour in the second waiting room as well before leaving. I will never come back voluntarily to this clinic for anything.
Was seen on a 1300 appointment 28 November 2022. Check-in was fine no problem. Was very pleased with the outstanding medical care I received from Dr Cindy Behrens. She was very thorough, professional and compassionate. That is not at all what I could say about the female nurse who was supposed to give me my discharge papers. She called me out by my middle name pronouncing it incorrectly. When I asked her to address me by my last name (I am, after all, a 68-year-old Navy veteran), she refused and stated adamantly and most rudely “You can’t tell me what to do”. I replied that I was not telling her what to do but asking her to address me by my last name. Now I am aware that Lithuanian last names are not common in this part of Florida. Believe me, I am used to having my name mispronounced but to not even try shows me how little respect the female nurse who checked me out had for patients not like herself. She then refused to check me out at all and I returned to the waiting room wondering what was next. A few minutes later the male nurse who had checked me in and addressed me by my full name (pronouncing my last name nearly perfectly) checked me out. After receiving such great care by the doctor and her lab personnel it shocked both me and my husband (a retired soldier) that I would be treated so rudely. It seems like some of your staff need reeducation as to the meaning of multiculturism not to mention respect for seniors and for military veterans. This incident, by the way, was observed in full view of patients seated in the waiting room and the look of shock on their faces was noticeable.

We have been to this urgent care a few times with our kids and they have taken great care with them. We have been in and out relatively quickly. The paperwork has been done efficiently and with such sweet spirits. I have had such good experiences here. Thank you
