I’ve been to this location twice this week and I’m not impressed. My first encounter was alright. I was treated with “how can I help you” after the front desk person finished what she was doing. Nothing impressive, nothing to note except my nurse was kind. When I went back today, the tv was loudly playing a movie on BET that discussed “sniffing underwear” as well as saying at least 5 curse words in less than a few minutes. Something more appropriate would likely be better suited for a doctors office.
Also, I’m not sure why these tacky signs saying “do not sit on the tables” are necessary. At least make them look better than shoving them in a sheet protector….

(5 months ago)Had some breathing pain in upper ribs..which had kept me awake all night .So went to Now Care on Indian River Road.Greeted by young man at front desk who had a very nice calming and caring way about him.Luckily for me there was only one person in front of me.Everyone from the front desk ,nurse and X-ray Tech were sweet and attentive from the start to the finish.
The doctor was AMAZING.I don’t know her name but she was a Tall and beautiful lady with red hair. She put me at ease right away.
I was very concerned with my pain and of course no-one wants to go to Docs..especially on the holidays I had two X-rays and everything pointed to pulled muscles.Felt so relieved and…. thanks to all the members there my experience was calming and pleasant.I would definitely recommend this particular facility.

So I guess I came in doing the holiday season and the management of staff was there having a holiday party which I believe should have been done off- site. But anyway I said in the waiting room for two and a half hours which is horrible and then I didn’t get out I was in the doctor’s office for 4 hours with only one doctor working what kind of set we’re supposed to be a Urgent Care Medical Center I don’t know makes you wonder why people don’t use their insurance and why they don’t go to the doctor because they don’t want to sit through the BSBy Sherry Hull (2 months ago)First impression was how clean the building was inside and out. Front desk lady was super fast, kind and very polite. The nurse was gentle and caring. My doctor explained everything in detail and called a prescription to my pharmacy. Next day called and checked on me. The wait was still only about 20 minutes. The providers were all very professional and listened to my complaint with real concern. This is a fantastic doctor’s office. The sign up technology made things very easy and the ability to sit in my car made me incredibly comfortable when waiting.
Check in was super fast and simple and the nurse was very nice and friendly.
My admitting nurse was super professional and kind during intake. And she expertly performed her tasks and got my labs submitted quickly.
Within 30 minutes, the Doctor came in to help with information and a prescription. He was nice, talked evenly, very patient, and made sure I understood and felt comfortable before leaving.
Highly recommend this place.
The person who checked me in was very kind and efficient. I wish I had noted his name. He was great. The PA, Amber Tankard, was fantastic. She explained everything in depth with patience and compassion. Unlike other providers in the past, she also suggested supplementary treatments, like using a sinus rinse and taking antihistamines for my upper respiratory infection. I was impressed! I’ll definitely use Patient First for my medical needs and will try to request Ms. Tankard.
The wait time wasn’t bad at all. The front desk lady was super helpful to me, her co-workers and to everyone that entered the building! She multi tasked extremely well. My nurses were super nice and helpful. My doctor was super nice and very knowledgeable. The office was also clean, smelled nice and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Thank you for helping me.
This patient first visit was by far the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind but efficient and personable. Kim was running the show. The tall woman with red hair who took my vitals was so cool and the doctor himself was so kind when it’s the busiest season and a million people were in there. They all deserve a raise. I’m so glad I got a survey. I told the girl on the left with dreads when I was checking out how I’d been avoiding patient first for a couple of years because of experiences in other locations. Now to find out they also accept Medicaid changes everything. I’ll always go to this one from now on. I loved that I had the option to wait in my car. That relieved some anxiety I had. Man 10/10 experience. The doctor was so kind and didn’t rush me I gave them each feedback as I interacted with them. I’m in customer service myself and these things are crucial. It was so seamless.
I have am always pleased with the kind and professional staff here. The team is well versed and informative. I had a health issue a few months back and a coworker suggested another urgent care facility. I went and immediately I felt away from home. Only Patient First makes me feel that comfortable. I know I am in good hands with good people. There can sometimes be a longer wait but valuable care you receive is incomparable.
