The Dr. was very nice and concerned, and the nurses were very helpful as well. We felt comfortable in a stressful situation. It has not been our first visit. We feel very comforted in this environment. The entire staff works to the best of their ability to get you the help you need. I bring my kids here before an ER everytime. honestly the best doctor’s experience I’ve had in a very long time, it was very judgment free and quick. With insurance it was still a very hefty bill but that’s not their fault at all. Horrible people making bad decisions and showing no desire to help those who seek medical help. Went here today through my work and although it was clean it was also packed with people. The staff wasn’t friendly. I was very friendly and remained friendly throughout facing their opposition. I gave them all my information. They couldn’t read some of the info I gave them from my personal doctor and wouldn’t accept it. I asked if they could make a simple phone call to confirm the info and they said no. They were also very concerned about medication that was previously described but I was no longer taking and wanted to know if I was to take the medicine if it would affect my driving ability. Hypothetically we could theorize anything. If I were to have wheels instead of legs I could be a bicycle. Well common sense would say that if I’m no longer being described or taking a medication, then it’s irrelevant to my situation. It appears some people just want to make some peoples lives harder when life is already hard enough. So I left and went straight to my personal doctor over a hour away one way to get the info requested. Of course urgent doc was closed by the time I got back. My doctor’s office asked why they couldn’t just call, and I told them I guess they just didn’t want to which they found very strange. But what can I do? I just gotta do what I’m told. I think my company will no longer be using urgent doc in the future with all of our company employees and will gladly facilitate someplace else with less hassles. Appearing professional and conducting a business as professionals can definitely be two different things. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone is responsible and mature enough to admit it and do what’s best in order to help people along for the greater good. Especially in this specific field where a certain level of expectation of help is needed. If you’re seeking help I’d suggest someplace else.
The entire staff here was great. The receptionist, the nurses, and the doctors were all friendly and professional. They seemed genuinely concerned for my husband and his health.
Professional, helpful, and caring! Being I only have healthy Texas women insurance their urgent pass membership is a great affordable option for me as a stay at home mom to still be taken care of when really needed. Would highly recommend. They are quick and efficient.
I went in with a spider bite that was not wanting to heal. The staff was amazing. They were very knowledgeable. They took a sample of the wound and sent off the sample to be tested. They were able to determine what I had and prescribe the correct medication. I highly recommend this Urgent Doc office.
I got in quickly and everyone was very nice. The PA who stitched my thumb was professional, kind and very good. I had a very positive experience also the second time when she removed my stitches.
