The practitioner here is extremely condescending and her tone of voice seemed as if she was insinuating that I had come there from some stronger drugs than what I was prescribed at the E.R. I was there for help with finding out Why I needed anything and why I KEEP have these muscle spasms and joint pain. $90 to have her roll her eyes & act as if my meer presence was annoying. It felt like if I didn’t think it was COVID then I shouldn’t have came in and waisted her time trying to get drugs. Very disappointing and discouraging. I’m a black 46 yr.old that looks about 20 I’ve always had to beg to be listened too. So much that years of complaining of back pain & being treated for muscle spasms turned into emergency surgery for gallbladder removal. I hate living as a black woman and will probably die cause paying to be mistreated has me going bankrupt emotionally & financially! !By brandy rogers (7 months ago)Had to be seen while traveling for bilateral ear infections. Lisa Gant was amazing! Very kind and knowledgeable. She got me back on the road with antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory and was feeling better in 24 hrs to enjoy my trip. Thank you so much!By Stephanie Blaser (11 months ago)I called to see what time time the practitioners went to lunch and the woman at the front desk responded, “they don’t.” So then I asked if it would be a long wait time( it typically is about a 3 hr wait every time I go here.) she then smarted off at me telling me she couldn’t tell me the wait time and that I would have to wait however long it takes.
Whoever this woman is needs to be fired. You don’t treat anyone like that. So rudely.
I love the practitioners here but the front staff is absolutely horrible. Just plain out right rude.

I waited in the parking lot for 3 hours total to not be treated with any meds, shots, nothing! They administered a Covid test which was negative. The doctor came out with my results and just walked off saying to come back in a few days and be re-tested. I was expecting someone to walk out with maybe some meds for my actual illness, but no one ever came out. I walked in to ask and they were very rude and acted like I had the plague even after my negative test results. I have been sick with this cold all weekend and could have been well by now if they had treated me!!!!! I had a follow-up Covid test the next day which was negative as well! This was the worst experience of my life. NP did not even bother to do a thorough exam. Basically said Covid/Flu are negative, have a great day, without further question. We get to the clinic at around 11:30 and we were told the dr was booked until 6:15 but we were to come back at 5:30 and get checked in and she would be seen. We arrived back at 5:30 only to be told they were booked until 2 pm tomorrow. The same receptionist was the same one we spoke to this morning but she tried to act like we didn’t come in this morning and she didn’t tell us to come back. She was great with my daughter. Unfortunately no one answers the phone on the pediatrics side. When you call the main clinic line, they can’t help you. I’ve tried every extension. Appointments, nurse, operator and front desk and have gotten no one to answer or return a call in over 2 hours today. The first time we went I had maybe 1 in 10 calls answered. They’d be great if they could sort this out but it can’t be that hard to make an appointment especially for a child.
Edited to add they never returned my call. We ended up at urgent care instead.

I had shoulder surgery and I was treated very good, they care about their patients. Dr lane Rush, i just love him. He explained everything that was going to happen and the nurses and the people who helped take care of me were very concerned about me, after surgery. Would recommend him for orthopedic surgery.
My recent appointment with Dr. Tucker’s office was great. From the first call that I made to get an appointment, I was treated with courtesy by Dr. Tucker’s staff. Once I arrived at his office, the receptionist was very kind and signed me in very quickly. I did not have to wait long before I was taken to an examination room. Almost as soon as I got in the room, his nurse was was in there taking my complaint and pertinent history. She did a great job, and she was concerned about my issue. Then, Dr. Tucker and his assistant came in to check on me. He confirmed my history and performed a thorough ENT exam. It was a five star experience from beginning to end, and I can recommend them without reservation.
The staff at Rush Internal Medicine is wonderful. Dr. Payne and those that work with him are some of the kindest, friendliest, most punctual places I’ve ever been to. They are so friendly. They take their time to list to what you have to say. Since I started using Dr Payne my daughter has switched to him and I recommend him to everyone I can. May God bless him and his staff.
The medical staff were very attentive and friendly. I feel that I was well taken care of. However, the reason I did not rate a 10 and give 4 stars, is due to the experience at the window where I met the receptionist as I signed in. She was not friendly nor attentive with most people as they signed in. Perhaps it was just an off day for her. The text I received regarding my appointment time and where to arrive was a bit misleading. It gave me a phone number if I had any questions. When I called that number several times to make sure I was checking in as required, due to COVID-19 fears, no answer. I arrived across the street as directed by my GPS; only to be greeted hostilely, as I tried to explain I was due for a scheduled procedure and needed help finding my destination. I was glad they were not my destination. I was very hesitant about getting this procedure done, as suggested, due to a very bad experience with the same procedure exactly 20 years ago. Meeting proficient staff and people who cared about doing their job was greatly needed and assuring.at my arrival. A curt, but efficient and skilled doctor, as long as they do their job does not bother me. However, the medical staff that surrounds them and other employees should always greet patients with care and compassion. I feel it should be a requirement in order to work around people who were ailing or fearful of having an ailment. I had a mother who worked as a nurse way beyond what her health allowed safely. Although she suffered greatly with Acute Osteoporosis and varicose veins with her doctor telling her to retire, she loved her job and loved her patients. She believed in showing compassion to the patients and their families. She also believed those who worked around her should show the same respect for those families and the patients. That is what I look for and other people need.
I have always used rush gi and I have great faith in Dr dungan . The wait time this visit was longer than any I’ve experienced in the past…this was the only complaint i had about this procedure. The nurses and staff are very nice and friendly. I would recommend this facility for treatment.
