Got there right when they opened, so there was no waiting. Everyone at this location was incredible nice and professional. I came in on a Sunday morning. I was seen within 20 minutes. Labs were done in a timely manner. The staff was very courteous and the doctor was personable and did a great job explaining a treatment plan. Would visit this clinic again.
I recently took my 30 year old autistic son to Suntree MedFast as he wasn’t feeling well. Dr Mark and Bruce and the rest of the team were fantastic. They were so patient and truly empathetic to us which means so much. I couldn’t be happier with the service we were given thanks so much!!
After taking my daughter last week and sending my husband two days ago, I had to visit today. The front desk staff is kind and professional. The nurses are so kind. And the drs were wonderful. Our waits all varied from 30-90 minutes between the three of us (different days of weeks, different times of days). It is close to two pharmacies and the location is clean and quiet.
I had a great experience at Suntree Medfast. The staff/doctor were so friendly and upbeat. Laughter filled the office, which is a rarity to hear this day and age. Everyone really truly seemed to enjoy their jobs, even though they were busy. It was a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. Office was very clean and care was excellent! Highly recommend.
I had excellent care. The NP was knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient. Wait time was to be expected we are in the middle of flu season. I am grateful to all who work there. Thank You
