Good quality service. I was able to make an appointment online the night before and do all the tasks with insurance from home. I wish I had been able to log in to my Piedmont account and make an appointment but it was still pretty quick and efficient.
The providers I saw were knowledgeable, compassionate and quick.
I paid a little more to get my Rx’s there but that is a FABULOUS service. No more going home to wait on Kroger!
The facility is brand new and VERY CLEAN. Parking was plentiful (at 8 am).
I had to have some x-rays and they asked nicely if I was comfortable with 2 employees joining us to learn to use the machines. (I was fine with it).

I was greeted with smiles and both were very professional. Back staff, Michael, brought me back quickly, and was very efficient in working me up, explaining the process, and provided me genuine care. Would have given them a 5 star but when I first arrived it didn’t seem like there was too much urgency. I can say when the 2 hour wait was over the service was outstanding. The entire staff was great but Angela Penix, NP was exceptional. True professional and I could tell that she loves what she does and that’s taking care of people. It took a while to get my issue resolved but her positive and caring attitude did not change. She took whatever time was needed to make sure my issue was issued was resolved. Thank you Angela.
I was very upon visiting the urgent care and the staff was very friendly.. My wait time was average. The young black male nurse was very knowledgeable and over pleasant. Then came Melissa that made my day.

It was a clean, beautiful waiting area. The wait was long, but once I was seen the service was wonderful. They took time to listen to all of my concerns and treated me according to my current situation and made sure that they got second opinions to ensure I was getting the best option for care. Very kind and friendly staff and gave a nice detailed after appointment care sheet which was nice.
When my doctor can’t see me, this is the place I go! The people at the front desk are cordial and are attentive to my concerns and do whatever needs to be done to help me check in and feel welcomed. The staff in the back are excellent. They also show concern with the reason I’m there and do everything to make sure that I get well. The visit usually takes about an hour from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Just pleasant all the way around! I would recommend Piedmont Urgent Care before any other.
I had a pleasant experience at Piedmont (Ingleside Drive). When I walked in I was greeted and helped in a timely manner. The ladies at the front desk went the extra mile to help with paperwork and our conversations were enjoyable. Once walked to the back, from getting my vitals to the very end, with the nurse, nurse and doctor’s assistant I was gently taken care of. Concern, patience and listening ears were a priority. Thank you so much for a great experience and gaining my trust with my care.
