When people go to urgent care, they obviously do not feel good and should be treated as such. The lady who took me back to the exam room was so rude and had no sense of patient care. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or hates her job but if you don’t enjoy what you’re doing, then leave. The nurse practitioner Lauren speakers to you like you are incompetent! Also Jennifer Chaisson was so rude when getting vitals from my son! She was completely ignoring me and speaking directly to him; he is a minor! When I asked her to speak to me she stormed out of the room and told the other lady to assist me! I was standing at the desk and heard her speaking very badly about me! I have had so many issues with this clinic! Lourdes’s Urgent Care was a great experience! I went in for a minor animal bite that had become infected. The intake nurse was very pleasant and explained how to check-in so I wasn’t sitting there confused. The waiting room was clean, cool and quiet. The physicians nurse was very efficient in her questions and work, and was also very nice. I did not wait long at all for the physician, and it only took a few moments to examine my wounds and decide what my treatment would be. Overall, one of the best urgent care experiences I have ever had, thank you Lourde’s Urgent Care! Hopefully I don’t have to return anytime soon, but definitely my first choice for urgent care in the future.
My experience with my daughter’s examination was amazing. Doctor made me forget how long we waited. Your doctor is great and fantastic. He was so good he took his time to explain what is wrong with my daughter. The doctor s speech was a therapy as well to my 15 year old daughter by a wonderful talking . I am grateful to him. My experience with his examination couldn’t have been better.
Always get great care here. I like urgent care better than the primary care physician. Scheduling an appt ahead of time is best. My concerns are always addressed and I know the issue I went there for will be taken care of.
This is my go-to walk-in clinic. The staff is always top tier. Alyssa the NP was so sweet, and made a quick and accurate diagnoses, I’m feeling so much better thanks to her! I was feeling really nervous about getting a shot and Nurse Hanna made me feel really calm and at ease and it didn’t even hurt! Great job Lourdes urgent care! You guys rock!!
The staff are very kind, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. My wait time in the waiting room was very long, though the computer listed me in a room, which was an ERROR. Once in the treatment room I was out within 15-20 minutes. I will return and recommend others because the staff are so friendly and supportive.
