I needed an X-ray of my forearm on a Saturday morning- i had zero interest in going to the ER but I did not have a physicians order for an X-ray…and most diagnostic places require an order…..
After a google search I discovered WellNow so I scheduled an appointment online (they offer walk-in services but my situation was not urgent). The scheduling process took less than 15 minutes. I was able to upload my id and insurance cards right into their system for a quick and easy check in.
Once I arrived at my appointment- I sat for maybe 10 minutes before being taken back to see the doctor.
The nurse did her routine check in and assessment and the doctor came in shortly after.
I got my X-rays done and was discharged in 1 hour.

The online scheduling and check in were so easy, Jade was the nurse that checked me in and was very kind and Lindsey, the PA, was great. She was very efficient and listened to me regarding the respiratory issues I’d been having. I was in and out and at the pharmacy for my prescriptions in under one hour. Receptionist, nurse and provider were thorough and professional as well as very helpful throughout our visit. They made sure to discuss with us what pharmacy would be open at 8p on a Sunday night.
I highly recommend. Very happy with the care we received. By the way, they Do appointments and walk ins!

This was my first time at Well Now. The reception staff was extremely helpful in getting me registered. My wait to see Dr Lindsay Allen was reasonable (much less than an emergency room). Friendly and knowledgeable staff everyone there is very helpful as well as resourceful. The only downside is the online check-in registry it’s a very slow, you have to put your primary care physician when you get to that box and mine is not in there so I have to choose another option and you have to upload your picture ID and insurance card every time you make an appointment and that process is time consuming. Hopefully that can get fixed for people who have already been there maybe we can skip the upload of ID and insurance since our information is already in the system. Besides that I recommend this Urgent Care to all who are inquiring
I twisted my ankle falling down a flight of stairs, I’m very afraid of doctors and medical professionals but I knew I needed to get it looked at since it was very swollen so I went, they accepted my insurance, everyone was VERY friendly and informative and quick, I will go here in the future without fear. Seriously, I was blown away by the professionalism and the care they provided. My only critique is that when you use the qr code sign in every time you upload a document it experiences an error and you have to reload the page and re-choose the pay with insurance option and then upload the next document, that part was very frustrating especially if someone is not technologically inclined. Over all great job!
The office staff was great. The wait wasn’t too long, however there was an idiot in the waiting room who refused to wear a mask. He was asked very politely to leave the building… the staff could have used some professional security for this knucklehead.
I had a great experience with my visit today. They were very busy and the waiting room was pretty packed with long wait times. The girl at the front desk brought out chips to offer to everyone in the waiting room while we all waited to be seen. I thought that was very nice; a gesture that truly went above and beyond! My boss’s boss was also impressed with the work note I received to excuse me from work.
The wait can be kind of long at times but they bust their behinds to get everyone seen as fast as they can. I go to this one tons for myself and my kids. The staff is kind and helpful and Dr. Michael is really nice and caring. He was awesome with my little one and made sure she was comfortable with him before doing her check up. Definitely recommend this place.
