I really enjoy the staff at Doctors of Waikiki! Nothing but kind, prompt, professionalism and exceptional service. Open on Sundays which I really appreciate.
Plus the office is very clean and pleasant to be in, which I also really like. This isn’t my first visit nor probably my last, because fast efficient health care service isn’t always easy to find. I love the Doctors of Waikiki.By Alyssa Barnes, RN (a year ago)I can not say enough wonderful things about this facility. When on vacation, I needed medical care. Upon entering, you see the care they take in keeping the facility clean. Everything sparkles. Seats are spread apart which is important to me during this time of Covid. The staff at the front desk was very friendly & professional. Once I completed paperwork, they called my name to be seen. The nurses & doctors were simply the best. They really seemed to care about my situation and wanted me to have the best care possible. After being seen, I had to call the office and was able to reach someone immediately. Again, they provided the same professional & friendly service. If you are in need of medical care, I highly recommend going to Doctors of Waikiki!By Dawn D (5 months ago)On the island for work and wasn’t feeling well. Checked reviews and selected Dr’s of Waikiki. My visit was mid-morning weekday. I was able to walk to my appointment and located the office easily.
I was impressed with their facility and personnel. Reception was efficient, and my wait was very reasonable. Nurse and Dr were thorough, caring, and their friendly humor was a pleasant surprise. I left with treatment and knowledge that I could easily visit again if needed.
I definitely recommend.By Sarah Porter (2 months ago)Absolutely wonderful experience here. Had to come in late at night for severe dehydration/food poisoning and everyone was so kind and helpful, as well as quick and attentive. My nurse Raphaela was one of the kindest nurses I’ve ever had (and so gentle with my IV). Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo.By kelli wolff (11 months ago)We just returned from this doctor’s office and I can’t say enough positive things about how kind and professionally we were treated. My father in his mid-80’s fell in the middle of the night and hit his side on the marble countertop. He was in extreme pain. We were afraid that he had a broken rib. We arrived at the office and were greeted by his front office staff. After completing the forms, we were ushered into an exam room and seen by the nurse, then by the doctor. Dr. Wu was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. My father had x-rays and was given something for the pain. Dr. Wu was compassionate and put my father and the rest of us at ease. Since we are visiting for a family reunion, we were unsure of where to go for medical care. After reading a number of reviews, we decided to go here. I’m glad we did. I highly recommend Dr. Wu and his staff.By Catherine Labrador (4 months ago)

I want to give this place a better review, but I honestly can’t. The staff is exceptionally slow, there is no communication, you’re not allowed in the lobby and have to wait outside where there is not ample seating. The process is excruciatingly slow. 45 minutes to get a cup and urinate in it. Not sure if this is a management/operational issue or if it’s just the same stuff as always. Horribly inefficient for no obvious reason.
**update: My Friend asked if he could provide the urine sample and was told “they are not ready for your sample.”…… it’s a cup and a room. 🤦🤷
I am starting a new position in the company I work for and I had to do a drug test. The company scheduled an appointment with Concentra to get my drug test done. However, the first time I went I was just getting over the flu and so I was unable to get my drug test done. The woman who did my application and prescreening said I couldn’t do it so I let my company know I had to wait till the 31st of August in order to do my drug test. They were able to reschedule my drug test for the 31st. Since I went in the morning the first time and there was a lot of people I decided to go around 2:30pm that day. Quick and easy check in. Make sure you have a mask before you go here otherwise you won’t be able to go in. I was apart of a group of 4 and even though I was the last one it was fast. Once it was my turn it was super quick and I could go. For the amount of people that go there I was surprised for how fast the service was plus how much more Concentra offers aside from drug tests. Thank you Concentra!
I have visited this location a total of 4 times and each visit was better than expected. I dislike doctor offices but the staff makes the process so much smoother than previous experiences I’ve had at other facilities. The staff makes all the difference. They are quick and to the point. They do their best to move everyone along and they make you feel comfortable in a potentially uncomfortable situation. Mahalo to the staff for making work injuries a little more tolerable.
Check in was smooth. Was placed in a preliminary waiting room. Then 8 of us that were doing drug testing were lead into another waiting room. I waited about 15 minutes until they had 8 people before moving into the other room. I was number 4 as we checked in.
Strangely enough we were going in order until it was my turn and then everyone else that checked in after me went before me. So in that group I ended up going last. Total time spent there was about 40 minutes to do a 5 minute drug test. The technician was very polite and explained the process clearly. Greeted me politely after I left.
The customer service was good, but the wait time was way over two hours just to take a drug test. And they didn’t let you know that the waits were going to be that ridiculous either. No one checks up on you. And I, myself and many other people there were getting super restless. No water, nothing to snack. Dehydration plays a major factor! And I overheard a nurse saying that they are low staff and only have two workers doing the drug test. If that’s the case, inform people that the wait times might be longer than usual. It didn’t matter if you had an appointment or not. It’s pretty ridiculous. Worse experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! And they only I gave them 2 stars was because they were nice. But truly, they shouldn’t get any. I had the worse headache after this due to dehydration and had to rush to find something to drink fast. It’s pretty disappointing.
