Good Day to all of you wonderful consumers. I wanted to express my disappointment and disgust with this health facility.
Unfortunately my client choose this facility. My history with this facility and its staff it is still the same repeated disregard for respect and professional decorum that is lacking with some of the staff at this facility.
Some of the staff members are disengaged within their own personality conflicts of dislikes in others meaning, patient’s such as: stature, education, social status, race or some type of mental illness disclosed or undisclosed to the company.
Nevertheless behavioral disregard for respect for the patient needs to be addressed that anyone who incurs the same type of behavior can have it on record so that any lawsuits of misconduct of professional malpractice is on record.
My urine specimen was not recorded properly meaning it was absent from arrival to be tested and approval. Delayed purposely by the ill practices of those who mistreated me at this facility.
As many of you know I desire for consumers to demand for your paid quality service that needs to be given each time you enter into any place of business.
And please be advised that the ill behavior that was presented by a black nurse/tech as well white nurse/tech lacking professionalism.
I want you to get a clear understanding that giving respect to each other has no color but a inner layer to serve in professions dealing with the public.
May you all enjoy your time together and be safe.
By ML Williams (4 months ago)This place is fantastic. The lobby is spacious, clean and bright. The staff was highly considerate and friendly. Even the exam rooms are pretty and clean. My nurse and NP were both conversational and sweet, and service was fast. I highly recommend.By Mel Santiago (3 years ago)I brought my son here for a follow up he needed from going to the ER. The receptionist was very friendly and the place was clean. The nurse practitioner that saw my son was very knowledgeable and was so awesome. She listened and took time to make sure he was getting the best care and was healing. Thank y’all so much.By Dena Cothern (11 months ago)I had a great experience from beginning to end. The nurse and the NP Stephany listened to all my symptoms and treated me with kindness & compassion! Will definitely go back when I need to.By Christy Beech (7 months ago)Their service us always good. Professionalism is what it’s supposed to be ( unlike other places I’ve been!) they can get me in and out in a reasonable time frame – usually pretty quick. Even though I would prefer to wait inside( instead of my car), until being called to the exam room. I do realize they are keeping everyone safe. So I have to give the 5 stars🌠By Donna Woods (a year ago)

I’m only leaving a star so I can state what happened on my first and only visit to this urgent care. me and my girlfriend waited for over an hour in the waiting room to be seen. once we were called back, the doctor looks at me (the one who needed to be seen) for not even five minutes and tells me I have an upper respiratory infection bc that’s what’s going around right now. then, when i called them to change the pharmacy the medicine was sent to, they told me they would do it. TWO HOURS LATER, when I went to go get my prescriptions, they hadn’t even been sent over. I had to call the urgent care back and asked if they sent them over and they said they would do it now. they said they sent it over TWO HOURS AGO at this point. the pharmacy closed before I could get my medicine so I had to get it the next day when they opened again. i am never going back to this urgent care.By Milo McLain (5 months ago)I have gone here 3 or 4 times now and have been turned away literally every time after checking the website to see that they offer the services I need. Every time I’ve gone for something different, and every time I’ve been told to go somewhere else. Today I came in with a burn and was told that I will have a huge bill from my insurance and was told I have to file workers comp with my job. It is MY decision and MINE alone to decide if I want to file workers comp. I just wanted my burn dressed by a professional and to be turned away AGAIN from this place is beyond frustrating. Don’t waste your time going here.By gypsy rose (5 months ago)This is the only clinic we have ever attended in Petal or anywhere for the ladt 4 years…NEVER is it ok to discuss and call out in front of other patients why another patient is there nor is it ever ok to discuss why you ha e a patient there with another working while the entire lobby is listening. When Mrs. Cat was here it was more professional, not announcing to the entire waiting room on why your here or your child and they are so quick to refer u to somewhere else before you go back…extremely disappointed in the way the clinic is now. Now, after we go in the back, they gather in the hall to discuss what they say I said when I havent even had a conversation with her yet..sò how u can say what a parent said when the conversation didn’t make it past what sports he plays..100% disappointed..we will not be back with any of the childrenBy Jenn Hacker (6 months ago)The 5⭐ is for Amber Touchstone!! She is hands down the best. She takes her time, talks to you, asks questions, and just all around cares about you. I would give her 10⭐ if I could!By Stephen Calvin (5 months ago)Well my wife just tried to go in today because she was not feel good. Thinking she might have strip throat. Meanwhile my wife is pregnant and was told that we have an outstanding bill of $85. We hat to pay that plus the copay to be seen. Um for one to refuse treatment to any individual with a medical emergency is actually illegal federally. But I’m kinda disgusted by this. At this point they are liable since she got turned away and there the closest I give one star just because someone was there. Anybody else have similar experiences hereBy I I (11 months ago)

Do not recommend going. The location isn’t very well kept. The employees at the front desk do not have a good bedside manner. And as someone not feeling well, would like a person wanting to help me than someone that doesn’t want to be there. The nurse that swabbed me for my covid test was the only nice person there. The doctor there explained to me about Covid and the information was almost entirely incorrect. And then when I asked what all I could do to feel better and if I could take anything for my symptoms, she was very reluctant to give me anything. If you go here, do not expect any treatment other than a Covid test.
This was an old facility, and I arrived close to lunchtime. I had a deadline for leaving to travel to my next stop, but I was finally seen and was well taken care of. I am given to understand that they’ll soon be in a new building. Should I have the need, I will look forward to an experience in the new facility. Thanks for the excellent provider care!
I was mocked over the phone when I asked to change prescriptions due to my condition only getting worse. I’m not sure if the receptionist just didn’t care or didn’t know that she wasn’t muted, but it is very unprofessional. How can you mock someone who is in extreme pain just asking for help?
Where to begin?! They put my very large 15 month old on an infant scale and it read 12 lbs. I had to ask them to use the full size scale because he weighs 25 lbs. You could obviously tell he had fever by just looking at and feeling him. My thermometer (which read normal for everyone else in my home) read 103.1 on my son before leaving the house. Both of theirs (which looked like the cheap ones from Walmart) read 98.1 and 98.9. By the time I got him home from our visit, ours read 102.1 on my son still but normal on the rest of us so their thermometers are garbage. The Cherry on top was when Anderson suggested I withhold milk so it wouldn’t sour on his stomach. She suggested I stick to water or popsicles instead. That’s actually insane because he still requires the calories from milk and that’s a total Old Wives Tale. You could tell they were trying to be nice but it’s just not a well-run operation. Don’t waste your time. Wait until somewhere else is open or just go the ER.
Rude front desk employees although care givers are awesome. Read other reviews!
If they want this place to succeed and be in business, they should train them to be nice to the patients
