  1. My husband has been hospitalized for over two weeks now. The nursing staff are kind, compassionate. They answer all of my questions and ask if I need anything. The ICU nurses call to let me know about changes with his condition. These are the people I want caring for my family.

  2. Absolutely fantastic doctors and nurses.
Nurse staff were so helpful and genuine in their care. Hannibal Regional Hospital went above beyond to make my ER, surgery, and post-op the most comfortable it could be. Dr. Goriparthi was so informative, kind, and sincerely cared about me as his patient. Great surgeon!! Thank you HRH for your professional care.

  3. I live in Hamilton illinois and travel to this hospital. Great staff and doctors with good attitudes and hard work. The best hospital I have been in 150 mile radius of my house. Greatly appreciate the care and service they gave me half a dozen times.

  4. I have been failed by Hannibal Regional multiple times over the years. I’ve always went here because it was the closest option. I have been diagnosed with a life changing disease, had to have bloodwork over 2 weeks ago, and still no call with results. Luckily I Logged into my app, both lab results came back abnormal, I’ve been calling for 2 days and “the nurse will call me when she has time.” They won’t send my results to a new office, I can’t even get ahold of them. If you care about your health, I would go somewhere else. These people are here for their paychecks, they don’t care about your health.

  5. I still can’t move my neck. Waited in e.r. waiting room from 3 til 9 o’clock for doc to poke my neck and prescribe me sum muscle relaxers and call it neck pain. I asked for ex ray wouldn’t do it cuz I didn’t do nothing to injure it.

My cousin had an appointment today and it was raining. She has trouble getting around and they took her by wheelchair to the car. How wonderful it was to get such service. Thank you to all the employees that work so hard at the entrance desk (Hannibal Medical Building)..❤️

The women’s care center nursing staff, doctors everyone has went above and beyond to take care of us and our baby. They are the friendliest and has such an amazing bedside manor. There is nowhere else we would of rather been. What a amazing team they have. Thank you to all of the staff for making a rough time as easy as you did.

I have health sharing, which is tricky and confusing and sometimes makes it look like I’m self-paying. Anytime my bill has been confusing and I need to call the billing department, they have been SO nice and SO helpful. Thank you for what you do, I know that job can’t be easy. But I greatly appreciate the help I get every time I call! ❤️

The main receptionists that are supposed to transfer patients calls to their doctors office need to learn how to do just that, instead of playing nurse themselves. They do NOT get the messages to the nurses like they should or supposed to therefore leaving some doctors like my doctor furiated this past week. Doctors and Nurses are amazing but the majn receptionists need to do their job

We checked and we’re told it would about 20 min until we could be seen. That’s understandable. It was about that time frame when a nurse called my son back. His vitals were taken & we were put into a room. An hour past and no one had been in. I walked out & asked a nurse how much longer. She acted surprised that we were even there & asked what we were being seen for. I told her that we had to go due to another more important appointment. I understand it’s ambulatory care. I don’t expect fast, but I do expect care. When it was obvious that they didn’t realize we were still waiting, that’s all I needed. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I will not go back.

Went there on Thursday with coughing sore throat and sinus pressure. Not only did I barely get a physical, but they are pretty sure I have covid… ( I don’t have covid…) I have a roaring sinus infection. But because they know I have covid I am coughing up phlegm, coughing to the point of vomiting, and the sinus pressure is so unbearable. This needs to change. I know covid is still an issue but because of it, I didn’t not receive good care and was sent home with no medication. And to go back, more money down the drain that I could have been saved if they would have LISTENED in the first place.

Sat in the 80 degree room for over an hour with a sick 11 month old before anyone even can in the room then sat for another hour to wait on the test results for strep. Baby crying the whole time. Opened the door for fresh air and the entire staff was at the front desk talking about there birthdays and how old they feel. All the while I’m trying to console an infinat that cant eat or drink because of her sickness. Very disapponted and won’t be returning.

I would like to preface this review with the fact that I am a former health care provider, so I am familiar with drug seeking, and this experience happened a couple years ago but left me so angry and humiliated that it still pops into my head about once a month and I’m left enraged all over again.

I had just moved to the area and two days prior I had seen my dentist for a bad infection. I was prescribed antibiotics and told that if so didn’t feel any improvement by the weekend that I should go to an urgent care or ER to get a stronger/different spectrum of antibiotic. It so happened that by Saturday I was still miserable and I was feverish and in pain. So I came here.

The nurses and reception were friendly and I sat and waited.

    But this doctor. THIS DOCTOR.

I have never been treated more rudely or poorly by a doctor in my life.

I explained to him my situation. I told him I had already seen my dentist. I said NOTHING about pain meds. I told him very clearly, first thing, I was here for antibiotics.

His response was to tell me to see my dentist. I explained again that I had already seen him and he told me to come here for different antibiotics if I had no improvement over the weekend. I told him I was going to make another appointment on Monday first thing.

He told me AGAIN that dental issues are not handled there. I said I know, I just want antibiotics.

He continued to talk me in circles that this wasn’t an appropriate facility for dental issues and I need to see my dentist. I got so upset I told him I would go get my paperwork from my dentist from my car. I didn’t know what I had done wrong and I was feverish and hurting and just wanted some damn antibiotics. I was obviously there with a legitimate complaint because one side of my face was swollen and I had a fever.

I almost started crying because I was so upset and ultimately I was rushed out of there with a prescription for Tramadol that I didn’t even want. I ultimately filled it because I didn’t get those antibiotics I actually needed and the pain increased significantly by the time I was able to see my dentist again. My dentist was livid by the way.
