My appointment was for 1pm, I arrived at 12:15. I was called to the back about 2 hours later. When I reached the area to get tested, I was instructed to wait a few minutes as the employee was finishing with another person. During that time, someone came and removed my chart stating the employee shouldn’t have too many people there (I was the only other person). I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a drug screen because my chart was removed quickly caused me to be a half hour late for work.
The ladies there servicing me was really amazing. They have such resilience and very patient with the crowd there. I told them before leaving like hang in there you guys rock. Even the doctor was very patient the line was very long with impatient people nonetheless they remained calm. Thanks so much
This place is terrible I wouldn’t not recommend itm it was dirty, very disorganized. The doctor did not listen to me barley acknowledging me when I spoke. The proper protocol for a head injury was not followed.none of my concerns where addressed. The nurse was nice but was unable to help because they where not authorized. On one of my follow ups they lost me. Forgot they stuck me in the lab… This place is awful. It need more staff and better management. Ma y then the doctors could actually care for their patients properly
First, Big Thanks to the entire staff at this facility from security, to the front desk, administration, nurses and doctors. Each time I’ve been here this place is active and ready to help with what you or others may need. It’s no surprise, I mean we are in the D. However I have to point out the obvious. Always professional and courteous, making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. I’m sure this isn’t the first time you all may have heard this, but these are the main reasons why I come and will continue to visit your facility only for what I may need for work.
