I am so impressed at the treatment I received, as soon as walked in I was greeted with the kindest and most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered in a medical office. She was kind and caring to everyone that walked through the doors. My nurse was very quick to get me in the room and ready to see the provider. The nurse practitioner seemed caring and very knowledgeable. The nurse/assistant was great too. The tests were done while I waited.
Tip: If you go here, ask if you can wait in your car because the waiting area is too small.

By Dave (2 months ago)Exemplar Urgent Care is an amazing facility. They are open 24/7 and you are able to make an appointment online. My husband woke up at 4:00am with an excruciating ear ache. I was able to get on line and make an appointment for 5:00 am. We were able to get right in with no waiting and they were able ti give him an antibiotic right there since pharmacy weren’t open yet. Definitely a place I would go again. 5 STARSBy Sheri Storm (a month ago)I was in a lot of distress upon arrival. Staff cleared the way, getting me to a room ASAP. Seen immediately by a caring physician and given two injections and one medication by mouth. Once I responded well, doctor returned and discussed my concerns, even delving into my health history. I did need to be transported by ambulance to a hospital. Doctor and nurse stayed with me until ambulance arrived. Doctor called two days later to see how I was doing.Really amazing competent and compassionate care: ten stars!

We then waited an hour in the waiting room and then another 1 hour and a half in the patient room. We heard other that checked in after us being helped before us. My 3 year old did not feel like a priority to them. Eventually I opened the door and was kind of standing in the hall looking for a nurse- a kind nurse that was leaving for the night stopped to ask me if we needed help. I told her we had been waiting for a long time and she got the doctor to see us right away. We were with the doctor for maybe 4minutes. Had to drive my other half here for workmans comp. We were told to wait in the waiting room because the rooms were to small for us as well which is fine. Then 10 mins later they say we can’t wait in the waiting room and have to wait in the car because they don’t allow children in the waiting room because they don’t have a pediatrician. My child wasn’t even being seen but ridiculous having to wait in a car with a 3 year old for however long the appt took because they don’t allow children in the waiting room even if they aren’t being seen.
I went in for a pre Job screen. The process was quick and easy. The nurse and receptionist were both very professional. The results came quickly and accurately. Concentra is clean and organized. This was a very positive experience.
Staff is great ! Place runs efficiently. Only problem I had was watching people come after me and leave before me! I don’t know why they Chose to hold me there a long time
Everyone had a good attitude that day. The weather was horrible but yet everybody had a good attitude. It didn’t take me long at all to get in,. much appreciated. Everything went very smoothly.
Took over an hour to get a drug test completed. I called ahead and asked if an appointment was needed and I was told no…”just come on in and you won’t have to wait long.” When I asked why it was taking so long after over an hour I’d sitting, they claimed I came in just after five others. I highly recommend you make an appointment, even if they tell you that it’s not necessary. An hour is too long to wait for a test that takes less than a minute to complete. I’ve had far better experiences with other drug testing sites but this one was not so good.
