Quick in and out here. We are from out of town and I chose this urgent care based on others reviews. I was able to register and make an appointment fairly easily online and only had to click to let them know we were here. While it was Christmas Eve and during a winter storm, the staff were friendly, quick, and professional. The nurse tool all my information, and the doctor was efficient and personable also. The doctor gave me a written script to take since we weren’t local. I’ve had back to back flus so I was not looking forward to going back to urgent care. There were no other appointments available at other urgent cares near me so I decided to make an appointment here. The service was absolutely amazing; When I walked in the back the sweetest male nurse attended me immediately followed by a undoubtedly veteran Doctor who were both extremely lighthearted and comforting. *Graphic*: My thumb had been cut almost half way through all around my finger pad and I had very low expectations as to how I would look post sutures but the Dr was able to repair my finger to almost perfect condition in 6 stitches. Thank you so much for the help! I’m glad to be a registered client now. It was so wonderful to be able to just walk right in and get helped because my main doctor couldn’t get me in until today and CVS couldn’t get me in until today and I was all stressed about the allergic bee sting reaction from 2 bees. I’m feeling a little better today from the steroids so I think it’s helping a lot! Thank you for the quick and professional nurses and practitioners. They were fabulous! I will definitely be back.
Th staff was very good. Quick, efficient, all the while making me feel as comfortable as possible. Facilities are clean, neat, and spacious. From the front desk to the medics staff, time and care were taken for the patient. I went to the Washington Court a house location and will definitely keep them in mind whenever I need some medical attention.
I think this urgent care is amazing! From being told upfront what to expect and best option being an appointment to online registration to what’s most important, the care given! I felt like I was with people who truly cared about my wellbeing like I had been seeing them for years! Kudos because you are onto lots of success when you obviously care about each other and every patient that walks through the door!! We need more medical options like yours.
As expected, they were quite busy at this time of year. Being able to wait out in the car where it was more comfortable and warm, and have the receptionist call me when my appointment was ready, was very helpful. The office was clean, the staff was very kind and professional; they listened to my concerns. I felt well cared for.
So, in my recent experience I was not actually seen at the clinic because they were so busy- but both the front desk receptionist and the X-ray tech (I think Alyssa and Mike were their names) saw that I needed more immediate care (I came in bc I needed stitches) and were kind enough to contact several clinics in the system to check for availability. As a result, I was able to walk in to a sister clinic and be seen right away. I very much appreciated their extra effort in helping me get the care I needed!
