  1. Everyone was amazing! So friendly and helpful. It didn’t take long to be seen and get my vaccine. Chaley at the front desk s so nice and helpful. Kristen was very friendly and listened to me. Dr Jose is an absolute delight and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend coming here to anyone!

  2. Went to this location a few months back and it was great. I was having congestion, sore throat and cough(exactly what I was having this time) and the previous provider prescribed me an antibiotic that got rid of it within a couple of days. I decided to come here again and it was HORRIBLE. I had an appointment for 2:40, got there at 2:28. I was there until 4:40. Kathryn Dietz is who I saw and she was easily the worst “provider” i’ve ever been to. Waited in the room for around an hour and a half and she was in my room for maybe 20 seconds. She said “It’s probably just allergies”. I’ve experienced allergies my entire life, so if I thought it was allergies I would not come in. I definitely won’t go back here if she’s the “provider”.

  3. I’ve been to this clinic quite a few times. The first few times were decent experiences. However my last two visits were the worst. The doctor that saw me last time I came in, didn’t even speak to me and handed me a prescription for something. She didn’t even tell me what I had!
Then today I went in with an appointment, and was told that it would be a 2 HOUR wait for someone to see me. If your appointment isn’t going to be honored then they need to say that when you are booking, or at least tell you how long the wait is going to be when you walk in. It was a complete waste of my time! I understand they are busy due to flu season, but the front desk worker was extremely rude to me when I went up and asked how long the wait was going to be.

  4. Been meaning to post this for a while but I wanted to leave a good review for this staff and a special thanks to the clinic manager. She was so nice! I recently went in for some allergy issues back in November and had some billing questions I left a message for the clinic manager and she took the time to reach out and speak to me. She really seems to care about the patients they see and makes sure all their concerns are heard. She made me feel a lot better about my visit and I really appreciate that! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I expected really great service thank you again for your help!!

  5. We walked in at 4:45pm (they close at 8pm…8pm…) with my 10 year old who is having severe ear and throat pain. We were told that they were “at capacity for walk ins that day. And would I like to have an appointment for 8am tomorrow?” I’m so very confused and frustrated as to why on earth they would even have their doors open or advertise themselves as an urgent care, if this is how their facility is run. We will absolutely not be back. On a side note, this review is no reflection at all on the staff who we interacted with. The ladies at the front desk were so polite, professional, and apologetic. The one star is only for them.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Worst patient care I have ever experienced at any health facility.

I scheduled an appointment online and wait time was relatively short. My symptoms were a sore throat and inflamed lymph nodes. When seen by the provider my throat was not examined at all. They did an immediate COVID and flu test. The flu came back positive. I asked about strep throat and the provider said they didn’t run that test because it’s highly unlikely that I would have both at the same time. The provider suggested that I gargle warm salt water.

I asked them to do the test anyway, getting in response “I don’t think that’s necessary.” Previously working in healthcare, if a patient has a specific request about their personal medical care, you honor that request. No patient should have to beg for any type of medical test or examination at an urgent care health facility.

After repeated requests, the test was ran. I, in fact, had strep throat in addition to the flu. They prescribed medication and I confirmed the pharmacy.

The provider walked me to the exit and I went to the front desk to receive my discharge paperwork and doctor’s note. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. When asking if I could receive my discharge paperwork, they rolled their eyes and went to the back office to print it out. At any health facility I have worked or received care, discharge paperwork to patients seen in clinic is protocol.

Thirty minutes after being seen at NextCare, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medications. I was informed that they were never sent over. I proceeded to call the NextCare customer service line (they do not offer a direct number to the Stadium facility) with over a 20 minute hold. When I finally was able to speak to a customer service representative I was told it was going to be an hour delay and was hung up on.

I waited at the pharmacy (with strep, the flu and a 101 fever) for over 60 minutes and it was not sent. I ended up leaving the pharmacy and decided to just call back the next day.

I called the pharmacy the following day and was informed that the prescriptions were still not sent.

Again, I phoned the NextCare customer service line with another 20+ minute hold. The second customer service agent was extremely helpful; they called the Stadium location while I was still on the line and got a call back phone number to have the clinic call me when the medication was sent to the pharmacy.

I received a call from the Stadium clinic nearly 10 minutes after. When asked what happened yesterday and expressing my concerns for the facility’s lack of communication among their departments, lack of concern for their ill patients and seemingly “dropping the ball” on patient care I was met with an apology and the following response —

“The provider saw many patients yesterday and the facility was extremely busy.”

It was a long wait but heck, everyone is sick these days. Staff was excellent! The doctor was very personable and checked my son over carefully and gave us some follow-up info. I highly recommend this location!🥰

The wait was long but that’s to be expected at any urgent care, especially since COVID. The staff is great though! I’ve had the same nurse and doctor previously and they were very kind and helpful both times!

Had an appointment at 3:00pm and did not get called back to a room until 5:00pm. They sent text message updates to remind me of my appointment a couple of times that day, so I wish when they did that, they could have said they were running behind 2 hours because I could have waited at home! They had no staff because all were sick with what everyone else has, so they could not help but be behind, just would have loved a heads up.

Staff/doctors were nice but we had an appointment and walk-ins went ahead of us and they were slow which I expected. They were VERY gentle with my little ones and made sure they weren’t scared!! Will return if needed!!!

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!! It was so fortuitous to end up going to this urgent care. I actually thought I had told my daughter to meet me at a different urgent care and was a bit worried when I got there to meet her because I’d never been to this one before. We got right in to see one of the doctors. He was excellent! Very professional and had the best “bedside manners”. He took his time and explained everything. I was super impressed. I also found out they are highly trained to do stem cell treatments and told me they offer these procedures at a much lower cost than others in Columbia. I was so impressed I’m probably going to switch my primary doctor to them for any of my future medical concerns…. Yes they can provide primary care according to their website. I promise you you won’t be sorry when you leave. What you will be saying when you leave is wow! That was an excellent doctor/patient experience.

Dr. Morris and his staff are absolutely OUTSTANDING. I go to this clinic both for some primary care and urgent and I have never felt more taken care of than when I visit this clinic. The staff know me by name, make me feel comfortable, and I always leave feeling better than before. They put a lot of effort into their patients and I always feel as if they genuinely care . I might not be alive without the care they have provided me. 10/10 recommend.

My spouse got up one morning and could barely walk from hip pain. Rather than going to the emergency room, we took her to see Dr. Johnny at Urgent Care, and what a good decision that turned out to be. The staff was courteous and skilled, we landed there during a slow time and got right in. But mostly, they took really good care of my SO, performed tests, x-rayed the hip, and quickly diagnosed the problem as bursitis. With some anti-inflammatory meds and a steroid shot, they had her back to normal within a day or two. Dr. Johnny offered us an incredible value for our healthcare dollar. We would recommend him highly for any of your urgent care needs.

I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and facet disease several years ago and more recently two herniated discs which were pushing on my spinal cord along with pinched nerves causing numbness down both arms and legs. This was likely caused by past car accidents. I was in severe, constant neck pain for years, frequent unbearable migraines, and I would have to take multiple Ibuprofen and pain relief medicine to just make it out of bed to start the day. After going through multiple doctor visits with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, neurosurgeons, physical therapy, and chiropractic visits, I was finally looking at surgery. Neck surgery is a scary process and not something I wanted to risk, but what else could I do? This is when I stumbled onto the possibility of stem cells. I did my research on stem cell injections and decided it was well worth the risk to try before doing surgery. After looking into a few different places for stem cells, I talked to a friend of mine who had stem cells injected into their elbow by Dr. Morris and were now pain free. I met with Dr. Morris and he explained the whole process in detail. Nearly every doctor I have ever dealt with seems like they are so busy they can’t wait to finish speaking to you to get on to their next patient. This wasn’t (and still is not) the case with Dr. Morris. He took the time to answer all of my many questions, and I decided to do the injections with him. The actual stem cell injection was a painful process and I felt sore for about a day. But two days after my neck had already felt better than it had in years, without any downtime. I am currently about 2 months out and no longer use any pain relief medicine or ibuprofen and am simply pain free. It is like I have a new neck. I keep waiting for it to all be a temporary relief and for the pain to come back, but it hasn’t at all. There may be 1-2 procedures you possibly will have to follow up with after the stem cell injection, but it is all worth it in the end. If only I had found this treatment sooner, I would not have had to live with the agonizing pain for so many years. Dr. Morris has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Never have I had more access and communication with a physician before. Dr. Morris followed up with me daily to see how my neck was doing. He still answers any questions I have so promptly. He really does take the time to help his patients and goes above and beyond anything I ever expected. He’s not just there to make money, but rather wants to REALLY help people. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Morris and his team. This has all been such a huge blessing in my life, it feels too good to be true, but the truth is it worked! He gave me hope when I was rock bottom with the pain I had been living with, along with saving me from spinal surgery. I hope I can share my experiences with others so that they can benefit too!

This place makes Mizzou’s urgent care centers look absolutely inept. I am a student at Mizzou and have been to Mizzou’s student health center and one of their urgent care centers, and they comparatively do not hold up to this place. No nurse practitioners here, only physicians and resident physicians. They take your health claims seriously and give great advice and directions for self care, and for the reasonable amount they charge for visits, this place embodies the good side of American healthcare. I have no complaints at all, my experience here has been one of my favorite and best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. If you have a semi-urgent health concern, check out this place before anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.
