I’ve been coming here for 10+ years for urgent care. I’ve had various Doctors and staff, but everyone I’ve interacted with has always been super nice, patient and friendly. My daughter is a difficult patient, but she hasn’t phased them yet.
The quality of care/diagnosis has been great, and on top of that the wait is usually minimal.
Love this place.

The nurse was friendly and professional and the doctor was lovely, knowledgeable and sympathetic when delivering the news that I did, in fact, have Covid. Will go back if I’m ever in need again.By Jackie Loewe (a week ago)Did a PCR test for a baby (under 1) and it was easy and quick.Although it’s says that no scheduling is needed for COVID-19 test in some places (information from the public school database), scheduling is indeed needed.

They got me roomed, took X-rays, and sent my prescriptions quickly all while being extremely caring and reassuring. The entire staff was knowledgeable and empathetic. I hit my head when I tripped on concrete on my way to work. I was able to get to their location quickly for a walk in appointment. They had a mask policy which I appreciated. They had extra masks if needed. I filled out some paperwork and was seen within 30 minutes. Someone checked my vitals then I was seen by a Physician’s Assistant (PA). She was very thorough in my examination. She asked a lot of questions and took me through a neurological exam. I didn’t black out after the fall or have any dizziness so I was told to come back the next day for follow-up. I only had a contusion. I even received a doctor’s note to take the rest of the day off. The second appointment was quick. They scheduled my follow up so I didn’t have to wait. I gave this visit 4 stars because I needed to fill out paperwork again on my second visit and they asked me the same medication questions as the first visit. They already had the information from the previous visit. Overall, it was a positive experience. They are organized, efficient with a professional bedside manner. I would definitely consider their services again. I would also recommend them.
Closest Urgent Care to my condo. Setting up a spot in line was easy enough through my mobile ahead of time. Physicians Assistant who attended to me was nice and thorough. X-ray tech was very kind. The clinic was clean and uncluttered. My only issue was checking-in. The front desk attendant was extremely abrasive. The communication upon check-in was so poor I would not go back.
The staff took very good care of me! They really worked hard to get me diagnosed. When they could not pin point my problem, they sent me to the ER. Those young doctor’s assistance were wonderful! I don’t live in the Chicago area, but if I ever need help again, I’ll be back. PIC has EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNERS!
A quick and friendly check in experience. Once checked in you are updated on your spot in line through a link they send to your phone number. I was treated in a timely manner and the staff was managing their time well by attending other patients while waiting for test results. Overall a good experience and even though it turned out to be a severe flu I was prescribed medication to reduce my throat inflammation and coughing symptoms. I recommend coming here you will be well taken care of and in a timely manner (I was called within 30 minutes of checking in and this was without an appointment).
I was extremely grateful for this place I had been having trouble finding a urgent care that accepted my insurance and was relieved when they let me know they did. This was the best experience at an immediate care facility I’ve ever had and would high recommend it to anyone. I was very well taken care of and the wait was not long at all. Both nurses were highly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I was even called later by one of the physicians Sean who had referred me to another clinic that could better help me to make sure everything went smoothly and I was okay. They need more than 5 stars.
