I was on vacation with my family in Chattanooga and my son developed an ear ache so we had to see a doctor quickly. From the front door all the way to the doctor this place was amazing! Everyone really seemed to care about helping my son and I really appreciate how they made him feel comfortable. They called in the prescription for me to a local pharmacy and I even got a text when his prescription was ready to be picked up. I was treat professionally. The facility was extremely clean, spacious (so you are not arm to arm with another sick person. So with that being said The front desk and the NP were incredibly great. But to the MA Tara you seem to be pretty miserable and not happy. You do need to learn how to keep your mouth closed when speaking about patients “that’s exactly how I swabbed her earlier” as you are walking out of my room. Actually no ma’am that is not how you did it. It was completely dry when you did it the first time. As I tried to tell you when you did it but unfortunately you did not listen so therefore I had to bring it up to the provider. To whom ever is your office manager I hope they have a genuine conversation with you on your actions and the way you speak about patients especially when they can hear you and what you are saying. I made an appointment online and was called back in an acceptable amount of time. The doctor seemed genuinely concerned and offered multiple solutions. He also asked twice if I had anymore questions or concerns.
This past visit was my third time using AFC Urgent Care and I honestly believe I get better service from AFC than I do from my primary care physician.

Oh my gosh I’ve had so many accidents this summer broke five bones in two separate falls in four days.
Went to three different emergency rooms they all were absolutely horrific horrible experiences and nothing got resolved.
Woke up with an abscess tooth yesterday was swelling my throat shut.
I just absolutely did not want to go back to any of these emergency rooms. I went online and checked in at physicians Care walk-in clinic. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and for the first time in 2 days I have no pain right now. Antibiotics and a non-narcotic shot and for the first time in over 48 hours I can breathe and rest. I love love those people they’re so nice so quick and thorough. If I can avoid it I don’t want to go anywhere else except to my primary.

The receptionist and PA were both so genuinely kind and welcoming. It was a very quick and efficient visit and the antibiotics I needed were already at my pharmacy when I got there. Highly recommend.
They are always busy, but the ladies there do amazing work. The online sign up is really easy and makes the chore of paperwork go by quickly. Every worker I dealt with was very kind, helpful, offered a lot of information, and generally just fantastic.

The entire staff was wonderful, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My entire appointment from checking in to in my car took about 30 minutes and I reserved a time same day, about 20 minutes before I went in. Highly recommend.
