We had a good experience at Well Now Urgent Care! We only had to wait an hour to be seen and we sat in the car, registered on the phone and it even tells you your place in the virtual line. The nurse who helped us was great, she offered my son snacks and a drink and was so caring and friendly. The PA we saw was wonderful too! He explained everything and we were in and out! Definitely was a good experience and we didn’t spend our whole day in a waiting room! Even the girls at check in were so helpful and friendly!! This is definitely the urgent care we will go to if needed again! Thank you for all your wonderful and caring staff!By Jessica Habelitz (2 months ago)The staff is extremely nice. They make sure to get you in quick and go over everything before you leave. I’ve been here multiple times for injuries and illnesses, and I have absolutely no complaints. They are some of the most professional doctors and nurses in town.By Nick Chambers (a week ago)Great place to visit and take care all your needs for health and wellness. Very nice staff and treats for toddlers.By RW Beckom (7 months ago)All who worked there, on the day I visited, were efficient and kind. There was some foot traffic that kept them busy and it took a while after I get my vitals taken, but the Nurse Practitioner knew my name, pronounced it correctly and couldn’t have been more engaging and kind. Very pleased with the employment physical I got it the Battle Creek location. Well done!By Mike Cyphers (5 months ago)One nurse was slightly rude. Other than that everyone else was so very kind and caring. Happy I can take my sick kids somewhere when there regular doctor is closed or doesn’t have an available appointment soon enough. My son loved the treasure chest he got to pick a toy from. Best slime I have ever let my kid have it didn’t Mel’s itself into everything it touched it was actually easy to remove from the clothes it got stuck to lolBy Tabatha Wagner (4 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best urgent care clinics in Battle Creek MI! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
I was in the Hospital room 207 for a week. Spinal meningitis. I received the best care the whole time up there. The Doctors we so caring, informative and kind. Every nurse was attentive and caring to my every need. I am so blessed that I was there. I believe I even built relationships with the staff. It was Wonderful! I thank God for everyone there.
The blonde lady at the ER desk is just plain nasty. Her condescending tone is just out of line for an emergency situation. We were told we weren’t allowed to sit while we waited for a family member to arrive by ambulance. As my parents always said it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. She was so snooty. No wonder people complain so much about this dump. If you can’t be kind, get out of the field.
Just speaking from an Emergency room experience. They are one of the slowest hospitals I’ve ever been in. Once taken to a room(3.5 hours of waiting). The staff who attended to my child were not professional by any sense of the word. The bathrooms in this place are worse than a run down truck stop. I wouldn’t come here unless it was a dire life or death Emergency.
Doesn’t even deserve a star! My husband was taken to the ER by someone he works with because while at work he was experiencing a migraine with vision change, numbness on one side of the body, slurred words, sensitivity to light and sound, vomiting. I got the call at work that he was sitting at this hospital. I know the kind of experience he was going to be having, I immediately left work. He was sitting in the jam packed ER with stroke symptoms. I took him and we left, drove to Marshall where they got him back immediately!!! What kind of hospital leaves a patient sitting in a waiting room with stroke symptoms?????
My son is 2 months old. He is slightly premature and low weight. All these things make him high risk. We took him because he had a fever (which we were instructed to do if he ever had a fever after hours because he is high risk). Bronson did not run ANY tests on him. No RSV, no flu, no Covid tests. Said he was fine and sent us on our way. These things can be VERY serious to a baby of his age and size and they didn’t do any of these tests to make sure he didn’t have them.
Instead I took him to Oaklawn hospital and they were amazing. Ran all those tests and then some just to make sure he was ok before sending us home.
Bronson is an absolute joke.
