He is attentive, compassionate and caring for each and every patient. What I do have an issue with is the incredibly rude front office staff, including the “front office manager” to refuse to give me her name. They build me over $200 for a service that apparently they could not give me. This is something they could have told me prior to billing me first of all, and secondly, this was shy needed to have a tendency to ASAP. When I called the front office staff out on the fact that I put exactly what I needed done in my check and paperwork, she downplayed it, even though it clearly stated what I needed done. Came In and got checked in immediately. There was some wait but it was understandable for the number of people in the waiting room. Got taken back for my covid test and the nurse was wonderful! Not that I love coming to the doctor but if I have to I definitely am quick to come here! Staff earns a well deserved lunch for sure😉
Both the doctor and the CMA were friendly and helpful. Not only were they able to issue the labs and diagnostics I needed but also went out of their way to make sure My questions were answered thoroughly and an easy to understand manner.
I was a Health Care provider for many years and I was not looking forward to going. I only work in the area so my Dr. was too far away. First time to use any clinic locally. Frankly I dreaded it. Boy was I surprised. I was the last patient of a very long day but I was treated as the first and favorite. Rapid assessment and immediate care plan explained. I was there 15 minutes after closing but everyone was so gracious about it. Thank you so much!
This is the fastest Urgent Care Facility that I’ve ever experienced. I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and the doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable. The asked questions, explained what treatment I would be receiving how it’ll make me feel and what to do afterwards. I’d definitely be coming back for all my Urgent needs and will be recommending it to my family and friends. Oh and Carson(I think that’s his name) made me feel very comforted and he is hilarious!!
I have been here a few times and the last I came for myself I met Carson. I was in a LOT of pain so I neglected to say anything but was thinking this guy is amazing. Tonight I am here for my daughter and who do we have, Carson. When he called her name he noticed she was limping and I was assisting her. He immediately ask if it was her leg I said yes he came over and picked my baby up then Carried her to the triage area. When it was time to go to the room he picked her up on his back and carried her to the room. It’s people like him that makes the world a better place. We live in a world now where we are so divided. He saw no color, gender, Illness or anything else. What he saw was someone in pain and wanted to do what he could to help. You can tell he is passionate about his job and it’s the absolute BEST!! He is the definition of the meaning “GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND” He is the one that gives 110! Thank you Carson and blessings to you!!
