Absolutely horrible service. They made me wait from 10am to 3pm to do a simple TB reading . When I “dared” complain about the hold up, a tall male nurse told me very confidently that were patients in front of me that were more important. That’s not how you answer someone that has been waiting 5 hours for a service that should have taken 5 mins. Save you money , go anywhere but here . Staff, the reception was prompt and friendly upon greeting and getting me registered. The Clinical staff was very nice and responsive in getting me to a room and getting my vitals and explained everything thing as it happened. The provider was very compassionate and caring and gave me the knowledge I needed to continue at home care. I called them about 1:08 pm and the woman I talked to tried everything in the world to talk me out of coming there. She was not friendly almost to the point of being rude. Today I went to another Dr. And tested positive for covid and did receive an antibiotic. The urgent care facility we typically visit was closed, so we decided to go here when my little boy took a fall. This was our first visit and I can honestly say we will absolutely be back! From reception, to the sweet lady who performed his X-ray, to the provider we saw… everyone was so kind, caring, and informative. Any question I had was answered, and the quality of care my little guy received was exemplary. I didn’t get the name of the tech who did his X-ray, but thank you! But, I came down with a terrible ear ache. I stopped in on my way home for help. DI came through! I was taken back quickly, had very little wait, and was diagnosed very quickly. Everything went fine for the visit and I was told my foot was broken and that I would need to see a specialist. They called me later and left a message that I was to come by at 8:30 on Monday morning to pick up my x-rays and that my appointment with Dr. Tabit was at 9. I was there at exactly 8:30 to find the doors locked. I waited patiently, tried calling a couple of times – it went to voice mail, and even knocked on their window. They finally unlocked the door at 9:04 after I stopped a nurse who was coming to work in another office and told her I needed to get the x-rays . I picked up my x-rays. When I asked why they told me to come early and set my apt. up so early the receptionist was rude…. My husband and I both were seen at Primary Care Plus. We were very pleased with the care we received, starting with the person who received us at the door and ending with the staff who said good by as we left. Everyone was very friendly, caring and professional. The professional who treated us listened and provided sound advice and medical care. Will definitely go there again.
Great service. I was at the door at 2:45, filled out paperwork, saw the doctor and was out the door before 3:30. Promptly called me back at 4:00 with my referral appointment. Very clean… the receptionist, nurse and the primary care physician were all very nice as well as professional. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back if/when I need to.
Let me start by saying that I generally love every staff member at this location. I could have given 100 5-star reviews (and wish I would have now) on past experiences…specifically with Skylar Marsh and nurse Shawna (they are amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME). However, today (9/23/22) I was left with a terrible taste in my mouth with some staff that I’ve never dealt with before. The treatment of my 6 year old daughter by this nurse left me wondering if I will ever return with any of my children in the future. While the provider was much nicer I was left disheartened when I voiced my concern to her about the nurse and was offered no apology for her actions OR basic understanding. I have always recommended this location in the past but will think twice from now on.
The woman working the check in desk yesterday was less than friendly. I won’t be back. I understand no one wants to work on a holiday. No one wants to need medical care on one either…
Great facility. Took a family member there and they received excellent care. The front staff were kind and welcoming (loved their decorations for the holidays). The nurses and provider took their time in explaining everything, even going over prescriptions with us. Sent an email to the office manager to let her know what a great facility she has! Highly recommend! Will be back!
