The staff at the front desk were very nice and polite. Brittany was a very fast, professional and courteous and gave me a great experience! My only complaint would have been how long the wait was. It took almost 2 hours from start to finish.By Leslie Marrino (5 months ago)Alexis who is the back-office lead was amazing! Above and beyond! There was a bit of confusion with my paper work before I got to the back office and she had me organized so quickly I didn’t even notice. Alexis took on the task had me ready in no time and got me out of there in about 20 minutes. I mentioned to her I was nervous about giving blood and she was more than understanding so she gave me a Nutragrain bar with a cup of water that eased my woes. Her phlebotomy skills were also solid and it didn’t even hurt. She was very knowledgeable and knew the process like the back of her hand. She was so fast and efficient that I was out if there in 20 minutes once I got to the back office. I’m so thankful to have been in her hands that it was worth the wait in the sitting room. So thankful for this bright young lady!By Robin Noya (3 months ago)Alexis, she introduced herself when she came out into the waiting room to grab me. She was very energetic, upfront and straight to business which I loved. She didn’t drag out the process like others have in the past. She got you in and out, that’s how it should be! If you can recommend anybody to get your physical done by, make sure it is with Alexis!By Jonathan Kehring (2 months ago)Good morning I just wanted to give my Concentra group five stars oh my gosh I had to be there three times within 2 weeks. Each time I was greeted by Pleasant staff who understood my my situation and we’re so thoughtful and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about the staff from the beginning through the end, everyone was just so pleasant and helpful. Thanks ladies and gentlemen for doing such a wonderful job.By Patti Blackburn (5 months ago)The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The tech, Alexis B. is amazing. She really gets things done and quickly! Thanks so much for making the experience better than any other clinic I’ve visited!By Christina Burke (a month ago)

Had a great experience at Concentra this morning, arguably one of the best experiences I have ever had at an urgent care center. Amanda and Jeff were extremely attentive and put me at ease. I felt faint from my injury and they immediately brought water and an ice pack and worked quickly to wrap up my hand. Would definitely recommend people come here to see Amanda and Jeff!
This facility is Wonderful! They have a wonderful system and everyone works well with each other! Everyone who works here knows what they are talking about and how they can help! From filling out paperwork to exams and check ups! Doctors are more then willing to do follow ups! I highly recommend this facility!
The staff should have a customer service training class. They were not customer oriented at all. They all seemed like they hated their job. The center should install an intercom system to call patients names. The staff was not clear when calling patients. The wait times were ridiculous. Concentra should consider a pre-check in process to decrease customer wait time. It shouldn’t take 2 and a half hours or more for a drug test. Maybe consider a separate check in for DOT Physicals and urgent care and a separate check in for drug tests. Just my opinion.
First, the front desk people are great! They provided some of the best customer service. It was a pleasure.
Just my layman side and not a medical professional, if you tell a patient that they are stroke level with their blood pressure then tell them to drive themselves to the emergency room that seem ill advised guidance. I did go to emergency room and they monitored me then prescribed blood pressure medicine and released me due to no complications.
I am glad that I didn’t panic and push myself into a stroke, there should be alternative way because if I was in that situation as professional , I wouldn’t have let someone drive. If I believe they are on the verge of a stroke.
It was a nice experience. They were busy but they handled or attended to clients in professional manner it wasn’t as if they weren’t supposed to be there even as busy as they were there wasn’t any tension . It was nice they should keep up the good work. I always say it as it is if it wasn’t good I would have said it wasn’t. I’m giving five stars because they deserve it.
