This is my second time coming to this clinic and both times have been a great experience! They are leveraging technology to keep information safe and secure. The check in staff is helpful and kind! My nurse May was so nice and kind and very through in her assessment. DR M was great too! Had a great time, even if I was sick! Everyone who helped me was extremely kind, helpful, thoughtful, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, the NP Tracy Cartledge gave me great medical advice and guidance with my care and took the time to review my plan with me several times to make sure I understood properly. Everyone truly cared about making my stay as comfortable, efficient and relaxing as possible.
Because of my chronic medical conditions I am in doctor’s offices frequently and a lot of them treat me like just another number, and at times feels like they are rushing me out the door so they can get to the next patient with little regard for my experience or concerns unfortunately. However, here I felt supported physically and emotionally, listened to, and genuinely valued. The facility is warm, clean and inviting. The front desk associates were so friendly and welcoming from the second I came in, and were considerate and accommodating in every way.
This past week has been especially stressful for me with this serious diagnosis and all of the staff went out of their way to keep me calm and reassured that I was in good hands. I can not remember the last time I had such a positive nurturing experience in many years and it was in my time of greatest need!
THANK YOU so much from my the bottom of my heart! I love the staff so much for everything that they do and the sacrifices that they make in their personal lives on a daily basis to work during such a challenging time globally, and to help their patients feel not only cared for, but truly appreciated on every level!! I Will DEFINITELY be back and recommend to all of my neighbors, clients and friends! I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option cause WOW!!!!

Good service is one thing, but for them to show that they really care was truly heart warming. You all know how some of these places can be.
Not this location. We felt their concern as opposed to feeling like just another number…another patient. I salute Dr. Ericka and Dominique (Front desk receptionist) for a great job well done. 5 stars PLUS for this location and especially for Dr. Ericka and Dominque. It was easy to book an appointment online (though they take walk-ins) and I waited in my car until I received a text to come in.The front desk was courteous and they answered the couple of questions I had.

The PA did a thorough check up and I was on my way in under an hour!! So thankful that they are in my neighborhood and I felt better with medication they subscribed in the morning! I felt like I was in good hands and genuinely cared for. As someone who is an hourly employee not paid for sick days and doesn’t get health insurance, going to the doctor can be something you put off and that scares you. The nurse practitioner wanted to treat and test me to the best extent of care possible but understood my financial circumstances made that so it wasn’t going to happen. Instead she worked with me and gave me a suitable treatment and we landed on a price that was a little more budget friendly (or as budget friendly as you can get in my circumstance). I appreciate the quick and reassuring care I was given and would definitely recommend them to anyone in a similar circumstance as me!
I am very happy that this place was available. I’ve been waiting for over 4 months for any results for what I needed. My normal clinic, I’ve been waiting for a referral for months. Finally, I decided to make my own appointment here. Fast service with good quality. Staff is friendly and professional. Easy parking right across the street or later in the day, right in front. Also, didn’t have to wait long for my results, an added bonus.
I fell down stairs and had a scalp laceration. I was able to get a speedy appointment and received immediate attention upon arrival. Attending physician (Princess) and nurse (cannot remember her name) were both efficient, professional, thorough and thoughtful throughout my examination and treatment. Even considerate of the amount of my hair that had to be removed for treatment. They succeeded in making a scary situation (lots of blood, open scalp wound requiring seven staples, etc) almost enjoyable. I left the office broke (insurance not accepted) but confident that I had received the best treatment and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and relatives. KUDOS!!
The best urgent care experience!!! So many times urgent cares are NOT urgent. They are crowded and you feel like you’re picking up whatever cold or flu from others while waiting to see a provider. Not here! Truly urgent but thorough service. The provider Courtney was AMAZING!!! She was so sweet, caring and educating. I really appreciate the experience, thank you!
I came in last night at 10:30 walk in due to me having an ear infection both Kim and Chris were everything to me. They made me feel amazing and feel better at the same time. I recommend anyone to come to this amazing place.
It gets better I called and spoke with the lady in the front desk today and she help me with my medicines and made me feel important. I have been to many urgent care places and no one has done this type of treatment.
I will be going back if there are any other issues.
