I didn’t have an appointment but it was worth the wait. Dr. Fuller was so patient and I’m the kind that likes to be the Dr, but she explained to me about the medicine she was giving me. I usually want a z-pk for my sinuses but trusted her . This was 10- 26, today 10-27 I’m feeling great. She promised 🤔 the antibiotics wouldn’t make me feel weird. I’m so thankful I trusted her. No fever but still diagnosed with Flu type A. Having had the flu vaccine helped minimize my symptoms. The staff was excellent. All precautions were taken to keep everyone separated. All staff were friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable. My appointment was 11:00 and it’s now 11:45. I understand being a little late, but 45 minutes shows a lack of organization. The virtual visit was timely and the receptionist is great, but the curbside services are too slow. Will not be using this urgent care again or recommending.

My first survey disappeared! I have used Care Connect many times over the years. Dr. Weise is a great doctor who I have seen at least 3 times since 2019. She listens which is so important for a doctor. I never felt rushed even though I knew other patients were waiting.
ANMED is lucky to have her. All the other doctors I have seen there have also been just wonderful. I love being able to make an appointment now and they send texts if they are running late and change the time.
It was actually very pleasant because the doctors there knows me from my doctor’s office then nursing staff was wonderful. The receptionist was wonderful. It took us no time to get in and get out and diagnosed me with what was wrong within minutes. I recommend anyone going here then going to the hospital unless in dire need of going to the hospital
I got an appointment easily online. After arriving I did not have to wait very long. The doctor and nurse were knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor listened well and took the appropriate tests to find the cause of my complaint. I had several complications getting my prescriptions filled after the visit, but the staff was very willing to help us get them filled. Very nice and competent medical staff! Definitely need to make an online appointment or you will have to wait 2-3 hours to be seen on a busy day!
Excellent care. All staff (Front desk, nurses & Dr) were kind & caring. If you’re needing urgent care I would definitely recommend this place. Sign in online before you go & reserve your spot & not a long wait at all.
Super easy to request a reservation time online. Was taken back even before my time slot. Check in staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The nurses and doctor had positive, caring attitudes. My entire visit was only 1.5 hours long. Considering I had to wait on test results and be monitored after receiving medication, I was impressed with that.
