I would give more stars if I could. Truthfully this pediatric urgent care is a lifesaver. I have been twice now with my toddler and both experiences were phenomenal. All staff members from the front desk receptionist to the nurse to the healthcare provider…all were so warm and knowledgeable, not to mention efficient. Highly recommend! I was worried that If I was right we’d have to wait until the morning for antibiotics. Thankfully they had the first dose on hand so waiting until the next day for the pharmacy wasn’t an issue! Everyone that we encountered was lovely and helpful and the provider was GREAT with my daughter. They would not call you back and when you finally spoke with someone, Margie was extremely rude. Do not do business here as they will gladly bill you but not actually do anything. I made an online appointment this morning and everything went as smoothly as I’ve ever seen. I arrived at my appointment and was already checked in. Waited only moments in the waiting room before called back. Staff and physicians were extremely nice and professional. A really pleasant experience overall.
Felt like the front desk ladies were especially friendly. I also enjoyed my experience getting an X-ray. I was seen by Melissa and she really seemed to care about helping me. I would’ve given 5 stars but I waited a really long time (45 minutes) to be seen after making an appointment.
Absolutely love this Urgent Care and especially the staff member Barry! The staff has always done their best to get me in as quickly as possible. I really appreciate how the staff members can occasionally relate to me with some of the issues I have and have had, it makes me feel a lot more comfortable coming to the doctors which can be an uncomfortable experience for some. They are overall very helpful, kind, professional, relatable people and this will be my first choice for urgent care every time!
First Care I can’t thank you and the Staff of enough! This facility has outstanding medical care! Thank you Barry Mackey for the amazing bedside manner and keeping me calm, even though I am terrified of needles! He is good at what he does, because I honestly didn’t feel a thing.
I’ve been to First Care a few times for myself and my son, and each visit far exceeded my expectations. I am not usually a fan of walk in clinics, but continue to go back to First Care simply because the MA Barry Mackey is truly amazing. He not only has an amazing bed side manner, but is very knowledgeable. He also did a wonderful job putting my son at ease who is not a fan of doctors. I would highly recommend this clinic.
