They get full real quick so I scheduled my appointment online and from there I can see my place online. No need to sit and wait you can run errands until you’re number one in line. They will even text or call you if you want to wait in your vehicle. Also They have x-rays there it’s like a mini emergency room. I rather go to urgent care than ER for most bumps, sprains etc. The staff there are friendly and professional. The doctors give excellent and thorough care. However, the place was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The PA that I saw when I finally got into a room was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive and spoke to me like a real person and not a number in a queue. I was so happy that she listened to all my concerns and addressed them all without rushing me through. It was worth the wait, I received first quality care, felt they were very thorough, I will only go to this place from now on. I had the best care from the lady that did the checkin. The nurses in my room that were very pleasant and professional. The radiologist that assisted Dr Iqbal named Katarina was very precise with the ex ray machine. Thank you all for services you gave me on 11/2/22
The urgent care here is phenomenal. I got in and out within two hours, and everyone was incredibly kind to make sure I was well taken care of. Dr. Cole did a great job, and the receptionists at the front desk couldn’t have been better. Would recommend this office to anyone.
This visit was better than my last one. I found the doctor more engaging and personable. I was at ease with him even while he talked me through the process. I would still recommend this to anyone who needs it, as well as this particular Dr as he was great at what he needed to do.
Dr. Whipple and his entire staff have been nothing shy of amazing. He came highly recommended to me by many people in the area. They were all 100% spot on. I am so happy I chose to have Dr. Whipple perform my carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand, and he will eventually be doing the left hand in the next several months. There is absolutely no one that could’ve been better. He’s an amazing surgeon/doctor, so knowledgeable, great sense of humor, and VERY caring. He takes so much pride in his work and making sure his patients are happy/comfortable. His entire staff at the surgery center are also wonderful. I could not have asked for better. I was very nervous day of surgery and he reassured me that he would take good care of me, and that I would be OK. If you or anyone you know, needs carpal tunnel surgery/hand surgery/thumb surgery and you live in the capital region area there is absolutely NOBODY better than Dr. Whipple.❤️🩹
The practice runs very efficiently & got me in and out for both visits. The people I was in contact with were great too, that makes so much difference. Pleasant. Happy. Didn’t make me feel like I was putting them out. It was a great experience
