Went in to get a couple of things, and noticed online at the CVS website, the price for these items well approximately $9 cheaper than in the store. I asked if they price match for their own website, and was told they don’t do that at all. I asked why there’s such a big difference in price, and they won’t price match, and was told by an employee it’s because this forces the customers to buy online and pay for shipping. This gets them to make the higher price either way. Absolute garbage. I’ll stick to places where I know they price match with their own websiteBy david gallaspy (5 months ago)Went in here to get over the counter medicine for my three month old boy. They where completely out of every brand. I went in there during lunch. The ladies where standing in the pharmacy with the gate down. I simply asked a question that did not require any assistance other than simply an answer. One lady responded with “We are on lunch. You can come back then.” Another lady did answer my question in a tone that was clearly bothered by me interrupting their lunch conversation. Will not go back nor, would I recommend this place to anyone. Drive the extra two minutes and go to the Walgreens up the road.By Michael Hall (2 months ago)I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Long story short. I went to pick up my sons antibiotics and the technician told me it was out of stock. At this point it was 8PM and most pharmacies were closed. I asked him why I was not called so that I could have gotten it somewhere else and I stated that there is always a problem getting prescriptions filled at this store. He looked away from me to another employee and said,
“I don’t even have the energy to respond.”
I asked to speak with the manager and left.
I will not be back.By Ashley (a month ago)I love CVS. They have very friendly and helpful associates. I fill all my prescriptions there. I also love to shop for snacks, makeup, personal items and seasonal items there. Love the extra care and coupons!By Penny Johnson (4 months ago)Went to urgent care on Thursday night, had doctor send prescription to cvs since my regular pharmacy had already closed, got there waiting in line 15 minutes, since I had laryngitis my husband gave my information 3 or 4 times to the technician, he very rudely said after the 4 or so time he didn’t have anything, husband asked how long does it usually take for it to be sent electronically, technician refused to answer questions and walked off. I have worked in independent pharmacy and long term care pharmacies since 1985, so I have a real good idea how a pharmacy technician should act, how pharmacies should be ran. I finally was able to pick up my prescriptions on Saturday! I am on the verge of pneumonia by the way! This treatment is the very reason I and my family will only come to a chain pharmacy in an emergency, I’ll drive miles out of the way for an independent pharmacyBy Sherry Honeycutt (2 months ago)

Made a quick run for heart burn meds. They have a wide selection, but prices are kind of high. The store is clean and stocked well. Lots of parking and the self scan is quick and easy. Did not interact with any staff but this was a quick trip so I didn’t need two.By Tim Hoffman (a year ago)I have rarely had the misfortune of dealing with pharmacy staff as rude, abrasive, antagonistic, and condescending as the ones I had to deal with tonight. The brunette wearing blue scrubs in particular, one of the pharmacy techs, just had a terrible attitude for no reason. Her very first question was if I knew how much my medication costs, and I asked her if it was with insurance, and she had an attitude about running my insurance. I had a second medication that my doctor gave me special instructions for, and she was unnecessarily vile in the way she explained a step I was missing. Also, customers can totally tell when the staff is standing in the back talking about them disparagingly. I called the pharmacist at the CVS location in Target, and he was so kind and gave me an explanation in an appropriate tone and volume of voice without the bad attitude. I will definitely be using the Target location from now on. This experience tonight follows up on an experience last week with their Minute Clinic, where I came in sick about an hour before closing and they refused to see me as a walk-in even though all I wanted was a flu test. I will not be returning to this CVS Liberty Pike location for any reason. Their customer service and just the way they interact with customers is some of the worst I have ever experienced.By Lindsey Warden (3 months ago)I understand that their pharmacy is understaffed right now. There is no excuse for telling me to come in the store from the drive-thru lane to wait on my medications if you’re just going to tell me that you can’t fill them before your lunch break after I’ve stood there for 10 MORE minutes. I WILL GIVE CREDIT TO ONE OF THE TECHS she went above and beyond to help with my mom’s insurance issue the other day, but today really upset me. The reason I had to wait was because the filled the wrong meds in the first place. The front of the store and it’s staff are great though.By Bridgette Webster (a month ago)The minute clinic is complicated and expensive and confusing. Don’t go in if you’re sick you’ll just feel worse.
The pharmacy staff (a man with a beard and a tall thin brunette woman) made everything more complicated and frustrating with their rudeness.
I got what I needed in the end because it was an emergency but I’d only ever do this again in the most dire of circumstances.
By Casey MacKenzie Johnson (2 months ago)I have shopped here very happily for over 8 years. Today, July 20 at 4:34p.m., I walked out and left my items in the store because of the two incredibly rude people who were working at the check out. As I approached the check out area to purchase items, they continued casually chatting with zero urgency to serve a customer. Finally, one of them begrudgingly and sarcastically asked “Are you ready?” I said yes and began to unload my cart. I offered to tell her my CVS card number, and she impatiently and unkindly responded. I started to place my items back in the cart. I asked the other clerk if she would check me out, and both women told me, “She’s about to clock out” as she continued to hang out in the check out area. I prepared to scan my items at a self check-out station. The first clerk said, again with all the sarcasm and rudeness, to the second one, “What did I say? I didn’t say anything.” The two of them went back and forth verbally like this in front of me. I said, “Continuing to talk like this, especially while I’m right here, is not the best customer service.” The first clerk said, with complete disdain, “Well the way you’re treating us is not very nice.” At that point I left the store without my items.
I don’t think I will return to this store. Just a little kindness and customer service would have made all the difference.By Mary Decker (7 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Tri TN! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
Zero would have been appropriate if it is available. Waited in line for 40 minutes at drive through to get 2 prescription med.
Every time I visit this store it’s either their systems are down, ATM machines aren’t working or the computer screens. I also went to have a physical done the physician that day was so rude. As soon as I walked In “your physical is $89.” Ok I have that! Then canceled my appointment because I didn’t have a physical form. Lastly she sat up and said she rescheduled my appt for the next day. Just for me to get there with no scheduled appointment.
I’d really prefer to give 0 stars for this CVS. It’s poorly staffed (that’s a given, it’s CVS). Most of staff are just pleasant enough. The newer pharmacist who I’m told is now the pharmacy manager is unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, slow, and really couldn’t care less about the patients. I have many stories to tell about his rudeness and incompetence but I will spare the details here as I have reported him to corporate repeatedly and they don’t care either. I’ve spoken to the district manager only once and it was an unsatisfactory conversation as he did not apologize nor did he ever follow up with me. As for background, I know what I’m talking about as I’m an RN and at one point managed 2 small pharmacies. And my specialty is Quality Management/Performance Improvement. My last experience here enraged me as a non- English speaker was being given the runaround and I ended up staying quite a while to help her. The pharmacist (Mr. Vu) made no attempt to communicate with her. There was a management trainee named Ana who was on duty who could have been asked to translate as she spoke Spanish but she seemed afraid to approach Mr. Vu. I finally found a GoodRx coupon for her as he refused to look for a coupon when I requested him to. I usually drive 30 minutes each way to another CVS where I’m treated well and always charged less as they look for coupons when the rx is filled. CVS has a database which beats GoodRx prices. It’s so bad here that I have switched to Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs where I can’t use my insurance but still pay less than at CVS so … I am able to get free delivery from the Antioch CVS but there is no point as prescriptions usually take at least 14 hours to be filled. The story is that this CVS is quite busy but they actually fill the same number of prescriptions as the CVS on Nolensville Pike which fills new rxs immediately and takes the time to provide good service.
Below zero if it’s an option. THE PHARMACY staff is rude and miserable. Sorry for CVS that their employees are not compassionate about sick patients who in need of customer service with their prescriptions. No wonder why the reviews is 1.9. Feeling sorry for our military families who live around this town because CVS is one of the only few pharmacies that accepts tricare.
Stopped by at 7:20 Sunday night. Posted hours say the store is open until 8:00 PM. There were people still shopping in the store but the doors were locked (illegal in addition to deplorable service) and the staff refused to let anyone in. Disgusted.
If they had rhe courtesy to explain why they closed early, it would be easier to stomach but looking at the three customers knocking on the door and blatantly ignoring us is reprehensible
