Went by this location for medicine pickup and as I was having a conversation about my prescription with a young lady I assume the pharmacist “Jude the Dude” which looking at his name tag it’s not hard to figure out that this guy is a full of hisself. Anyways he jumped in our conversation and became very aggressive from the start. The company needs to calm that dude down real quick before they need to search for a replacement. The pharmacy dept is a complete joke. Maybe one day Google will allow a zero-star rating. Went to pharmacy one day and was told the prescription would be ready next day. Arrived next day and prescription was still NOT READY. Horrible customer service. Completely disorganized, they always have fulfillment issues, and incredibly long wait times. They will randomly close off the drive thru by putting up a foam board over the window. Don’t even try to call them- they will not answer. The pharmacist is also incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid this location entirely.
Arrived an hour before close needing vaccinations and a bunch of scripts filled and they were able to do it all right there, with a smile. Took one star off bc they forgot to order one of my meds, but overall very pleased. 😊
This location’s pharmacy is awful! They never have enough staff, hardly ever use the drive through window or answer the phone, and there is always a 30 minute or more wait. Plus, they will stand around visiting with each other instead of waiting on their customers. The first 8 times I just ignored it, but standing in line 40 minutes gets a negative review.
Use to you can wait 15 minutes and your med would get filled But now it’s always it will be a couple of hours. What happened? I can understand some times it would take longer but now ever time at least a year its be this way!
The workers here are rude and you will end up waiting for literal hours in line just to speak to a pharmacist or the pharmacist technician.
No matter the time or day they will only have one pharmacist working along with one pharmacy technician. They are hard workers but the one pharmacist has to do the work of 3 people since the pharmacy runs poorly while not having more than one pharmacist. To keep up they should have 2 or more pharmacist, but to save money corporate keeps only one pharmacist working and they have to do the work of 2+ pharmacist and even though I know the pharmacist they have working now there’s no way they alone can keep up. Same goes for the pharmacy technician. Those people have to answer calls, work the window, answer questions to help people, accept prescriptions coming in and going out, handle the phone calls between prescribers, as well as work the cash register helping out customers in the store. Most of the techs are rude but I would be too if they had me doing my job along the job of 3 other people.
If you go here, you will wait for some time just to speak to someone let alone to pick anything up or drop anything off.
I understand CVS pharmacy and their motives for hiring one for each position in the pharmacy, I know they would rather hire and underpay the two workers and work them until burn out and then they get rid of them. If you point this out that there is no way one person could handle the quantity of work ment for 4 people to do ( while barely being payed competitively for the original job they’re hired on for you can expect your concerns to fall on deaf ears or you could even find yourself getting fired for “unrelated” reasons than you pointing out how messed up the situation is. Everywhere follows this system of hiring the fewest amount of people possible, underpaying them, and then when the employee decides to find another job that will listen and treat them right and not expect them to do their job along with 4 other people’s job and then they just immediately hire someone else which they then wear them down in the same fashion until they find work elsewhere, rinse and repeat.
