Late night visits to the pharmacy are hard to find, after driving out of the way we wound up at CVS nearing 10pm after a surprise appendectomy for my husband. The young lady with the Hijab is darling, super quick, funny and personable. I wish I had gotten her name. Thank you for being so great. Special thanks to the pharmacist for being so speedy!By Rickie Mehl (6 months ago)Constant battle with this pharmacy, I am not even frustrated with the pharmacist as they always help the best they can. My frustration is at the lack of help the offer them seeing the high demand there is.
I always feel as though filling my prescriptions is incredibly difficult when I attempt to do so at this location. I tend to have to go in just to request my refill and have to wait over the phone for up to an hour just to finally give up and get tired of the same recorded message over and over again.
I hope the pharmacist is able to get the assist required in the near future.

When I got up to the window I waited there for an additional 10MM it’s without being attended to. I had to honk my horn. You could tell the Pharmacist didn’t want to be there. I gave him my information and he said it wasn’t in the system. The doctor said they sent it over four hours prior. I will never ever work with CVS Pharmacy again. They really should get out of the business.By Chase Nielsen (4 months ago)As a pharmacist myself I really feel sympathy for the pharmacist working there. He was ALL ALONE with no support staff. This is absolutely insane to me. It is not safe for patients, and it is not safe for the pharmacy staff to have staffing levels so terrible.CVS, do better. To the pharmacist I saw tonight: keep your head up and get through this nonsense. I hope patients are nice to you, it’s not your fault. If you’ve worked there for at least a year consider applying for some FMLA, im sure you qualify with all the work stress probably coming your way. Use that time to apply to a company that would never do this to you.

The sales associates at CVS for extremely helpful and educating me about a large variety of hair products. There were so many wonderful hair products to choose from, that I almost couldn’t find what I wanted because I had so many choices. However when I detailed the issues I was having with my hair, the associate immediately helped me Vet the products side-by-side and choose what was best for the condition I was seeking to solve. They were educated friendly and certainly not just after every penny that was in my pocket. They wanted my hair to be fixed just like I did!By Tresha Kramer (4 months ago)I stopped by here last Thursday to fill up a prescription in the drive-thru, but unfortunately they were understaffed and needed me to come in to drop off the prescription papers. I couldn’t physically come in and I told that that to the gentleman trying to help me. He kindly explained that they are short staffed and only had one person who could fill the prescription, so it would be easier if I came in. Since I couldn’t walk in and the wait was over an hour, I decided to go elsewhere.
I’m giving CVS a 5-star rating due to the kindness of the gentleman. He was patient and kind while I asked him a few questions. Not once did he make me feel like a burden.
By Jessica L (5 months ago)My husband and I went into the pharmacy it was about 1:10 pm and gave our new insurance and let the tech know we needed a print out of our Rx payments from 2022 tech stated he will need to ask his boss. The tech was struggling and we were waiting and waiting finally he figured it out and the pharmacist manager was closing up for lunch break I remind the tech we needed the print out he asked the manager Liz
and she walked past and said” Not right now I’m taking my lunch” are you kidding me we have been there before the 1:30 lunch worse customer service and attitude. We were waiting to find out if there was a manager and a lady in front of us was also complaining of the pharmacy.I went and made a complaint to the store manager Molly very nice lady.By Jami Strange (a month ago)I use this pharmacy and I have a high volume of prescriptions currently in my life and I always have to call in to refill everything.For the most part everyone here is always kind to me. I’ve randomly had an employee lash out at me a about which day to pick it up. I think she was over-worked, or frustrated or having bad day. That doesn’t excuse her behavior, bud we all have bad days, and I’m pretty sure she realized her hiccup by my kind response.
I’ve had some bad experiences, and when struggling with mental health, and needing a high volume of medicine, it takes some patience and I appreciate this CVS’s overall efforts in their pharmacy. 90% of the time is a good, smooth experience. Thank you guys.

They only had one cart, a car one, that I had to put my baby in, it was not the safest option for her. Then I brought all of the stuff up, and none of it ring up on sale. I gave up and left. Went inside the store today and was greeted by happy employees. This store is so clean and very well stocked. If you need help the employees are more than willing to help. Store manager was awesome of course. Took the time to converse with my daughter and I showing us where things were. She made my day. Overall the employees and store manager are freaking amazing. Thank you so much!!!
Won’t take new customers? What kind of business turns away a paying customer! If you knew that you didn’t have the capacity for another customer in the pharmacy then why didn’t you reject the prescription when the doctor sent it over or call to let us know we will have to go elsewhere. I tried calling before going in to make sure they could fill it but I was on hold longer than it took me to drive there.
I am a long time customer/patient of CVS pharmacy and I have the same problem everytime I call. These guys won’t even answer their phone even if u wait for over an hr. Eventually the phone system just hangs up on u or they just release the call. Refuse to do their jobs it seems like.
They don’t answer their phones, missed a refill of a life saving medicine and had to cut my Christmas break short just to go home to my pharmacy that actually responds to their customers. None of the other CVS locations in salt lake answer their phones either. I sure hope they’re not getting paid to be this negligent.
Went to fill a script, there was a young male pharmacist with a beard who was very condescending and rude when I tried to fill a script that they didn’t have a supply for. Weird antagonistic vibes and he looked miserable working there
It’s always faster to go in person than it is to call them and wait 15-20 minutes for the pharmacy to finially get around to answering any of their calls
