All together, they were extremely unhelpful and indifferent. Seriously the worst. Even left a cooperate complaint. You call the pharmacy to be on hold for 10 min to an hour. 10 mins is minimum if you’re lucky. The staff straight lies to you. They don’t contact you when your script is ready when they said they would. The employees don’t know how to read the system and tell me that my meds are at a different location when they really are not. I waited 4 days before I started making phone calls. When I finally did get to talk to a live person it was not someone from the pharmacy. On day five I was told that I should have my result in 24 hours and if not I was supposed to call back. 😏 I got my result but it was not texted to me as the appointment text said it would. It was when I followed up later in the day and then logged onto my health. I then tried to call back for follow up because the test came back as cancelled. 20 minutes on the phone and I still am not talking to anyone from the pharmacy. Starting to wonder if the “provider” Ben Ramirez even exists. 🤦🏼♀️ Too bad it doesn’t allow me to post with zero stars. I always get wonderful, timely service at this location. CVS has far better customer service and products than the other major pharmacy that starts with “W”. They also offer free same day prescription delivery for $5/month. Along with that you get 20% off CVS branded merch, a $10 reward, and free shipping on their website. I highly recommend CVS! I’ll keep coming here as long as I’m living in Madison ☺️
They don’t develop or accept 35mm film despite their website saying they do. When I asked an employee they clearly weren’t sure then just said “we don’t do that here.”
Generally, employees here seem nowhere to be found and don’t acknowledge you. The woman working this morning gave me a friendly hello, and as I walked to self checkout she made sure to ask if I found everything ok. The world needs more people like her these days 🙂
