We found out our insurance company needed us to change pharmacies so we decided to try CVS. Never in my life have I been treated so badly by a pharmacy. I was appalled at how rude the staff of this pharmacy was that I refused to continue to have them fill even my first prescription and left before getting anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking to fill prescriptions. I would give ZERO stars if this review would let me. The last time I was there it took nearly 20 minutes to get my prescription, because the one tech kept taking other customers before me.
She said she had to adjust my good RX prescription card, but she seem to be paying much more attention to the other drive-thru.
Prices fluctuate drastically, but they are the only one that carries my life saving medication.

I understand being busy, short staffed and behind but that is not the fault of the patient. If you want people to be sympathetic of you being behind of filling medications, you need to be understanding at the same time. You also need to be sympathetic to the client, their medication could save their life. The medication my husband needs if he stops taking it could cause him to stroke out, they were treating my husband like it it was his fault that they were behind. Then my husband decided to get the medication filled at a different CVS and the technicians acted like it was an inconvenience to get it transferred to another store. They got mad and asked “why can’t you wait?”. The staff is has a nasty attitude. Don’t be in the Medical field if you can’t be understanding or sympathetic.
Don’t go here. Find a better cvs. After trying to call them to fill a prescription (they never answered the phone after 20 minutes on hold). The bleach blonde girl there wasn’t very friendly and was rude. Seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing due to there being an issue with the previous person she was helping (because she messed up). I wanted to wait in person for a non controlled medication and she told me it would be “a couple hours”. I Literally have never waited longer than an hour for 1 non controlled medication. So I left and went to a different store.
CVS pharmacist are the hardest working pharmacist in the industry as well as the best !!!

CVS Teamster’s work hard & would be ran over & ignored and sometimes abused by Giant corporations if it were not for our unions.
We would be under paid and over worked pulling doubles and never seeing our families.
Luckily we have support of our Union members all pulling together to get through the tough times as one unit.
I ask the public to support your local hard working CVS staff . Many times they are understaffed and working doubles & overtime on a regular basis away from family for long periods of time to make ends meet.

I sent my son to get my prescriptions because I am too ill. I copied down all the bin numbers and codes for GoodRx. The pharmacist is saying that all the information is wrong. Scammers! This is happened to me before at this location. My bad. I won’t go here again!
I definitely understand that you guys either don’t have the employees or because of the pandemic you don’t stay open 24hrs anymore or for the time being, but in the meantime you can make a better effort to notify customers other than just having it on your website.
