Finally, a CVS drugstore that is organized. Every month it’s difficult for me to get my prescriptions filled at the CVS that I’ve been using in a different area. They consistently make a mistake. CVS brands are less expensive than name brands, but still read the ingredients and dosage to make sure you are getting a better deal. At first glance the CVS fiber looks like the better bargain, but the amount of soluble fiber is half as much. But…second container is half price so, turns out that they are probably equal. Now every time I try to get my script there’s always something. I’ve had the drive through take about an hour, medication not in stock, slow experiences, oh and currently been on hold for now 30 min. I don’t know what changed but this past year’s experience has sucked. I would avoid filling medications at this location. It is worth driving a little farther for a much better experience.By Spencer Little (5 months ago)Since the Chemist Shoppe at Blodgett shut down and all those prescriptions and customers were moved to this nearby CVS, this pharmacy has been a nightmare to visit.
Revolving staff and long wait times are just the beginning. They will not answer the phones, sometimes not even from other pharmacies. Trying to escape this pharmacy is nearly impossible because when you try to transfer your meds, the other pharmacy can’t get ahold of CVS.
When you walk in (because otherwise you’ll be waiting an hour in the drive through) the techs will likely be talking trash about another customer, lengthening your wait time.
Once you can get to the register and talk to someone, it moves smoothly, but there seems to be very little rush between customers and there’s never enough staff to deal with the volume of business this pharmacy now gets.
Take your meds elsewhere until CVS can hire enough people and pay them enough to stay and care.

Avoid.I had two separate instances in the past month where I put a prescription in, was told it would be available the next day and then when I went to pick it up was told that it was not available but would be coming tomorrow. Tomorrow then turned into the day after, and then the day after that, etc. I spoke to staff to try to understand what was happening, they had no idea and didn’t seem to care.
The first time this happened my condition got so bad due to not having my medication I had to go to urgent care. I should have learned the first time to not use this pharmacy.

Pricey products but it’s to be expected in a CVS. Have most things you need for a quick stop. Employees where nice and helpful and store was exceptionally clean. Unfortunately lots of beggers and crackheads hang outside from time to time as i do frequent the store so I see them half the time.
They went from 24 hours to 23 hours and now part time. There are no hours posted on the door, all the lights are left on and they just lock it. Why would you come here when Meijer is just down the street, open longer hours, and better prices? The only reason to pay extra is for convenience.
This CVS is my savior because I needed something that I wasn’t able to find at Meijer and it was a little after 11pm. So, I was struggling with what to do, but I searched the CVS website and found exactly what i needed. I rushed over and I found more than the item I needed, which made me extra happy!
Colleen was a beautiful woman. She was extremely kind. I encountered her back in Nov 3 2022 before my vacation. She helped me to sign up for their new program and get the items that i needed. She was so nice to every customer that walked into the store.
The pharmacy technicians are not friendly and everything is very slow here now. On feb 17th they had me wait two hours, two diff employees at the pharm told me my prescription would be ready, turns out they were wrong and it would not be covered until thr 19th. It seems like they make common mistakes like this all the time.
