Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. Unfortunately my employer switched from Walgreens, hopefully we will switch back soon. I have had to drive 25 minutes to check on a prescription that my physician sent to them 3 days prior and it was not located through the automated system and the pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I get there and the staff including the pharmacist were all laughing and talking never acknowledging me. Finally when the pharmacists ask what I needed, he preceded to tell me that they never received my prescription, then said oh it wasn’t covered and it’s expensive so we put it back..No one ever called me to tell me that, which I may have wanted to pay out of pocket or contact my physician for something different. Then he says they didn’t have my insurance info on file but I get a preventative medication there monthly that my insurance pays for. He finally fills the medication which my insurance did cover and as always never a consultation for a new medication. I will soon be transferring all of my prescriptions to another location.By Rhonda London (4 months ago)Pharmacy staff took my card from drive thru. Didn’t see her for almost 10 minutes. I push the call button to ask where was she with my card. She later came back with my card and my prescription, dropped it in the door then walked off.
A few minutes later I called the store to speak with a manager regarding my complaint and she cut me off while I was talking and told me the pharmacy manager won’t be back until tomorrow. She told me have a nice day and hung up in my face. The employees and managers at this pharmacy are very unprofessional and rude. If you do not want to work at your store and serve this community than go somewhere else.
My family will no longer use this pharmacy for our prescriptions and I hope your store gets shut down and Walgreens across the street from you gets all your business because you shouldn’t be able to operate in this community if you’re treating the customers this way.By Anthony Dangerfield (2 weeks ago)Got here around 9ish, and the doors were barricaded shut. The lights are heavily lit. Im Not sure why they closed Early! Very unacceptable and inconvenient.By B Fayza (4 months ago)Worse experience ever!!! Prices on shelves DO NOT MATCH PRICES AT counter!!!! 12.99 was suppose to be 10.99, 3.99 was suppose to be 2.99 and my last item was 10.89 instead of 8.89. Total of 5.00 plus tax (5.42) over!!! Not to mention stuff was found on Amazon for HALF PRICE and next day shipping!! No wonder cvs and Walgreens are going bankrupt!!!By JayJay Bird (a month ago)Staff is very rude. This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have came to pick up a prescription and paid for prescription (A) but when I got home come to find out that a different prescription was in the bag (stapled). They will fill your prescription with whatever they want, and then say their out of stock on what was prescribed by your physician. Somehow it then turns into your problem, you have to contact your physician and ask them to write another prescription to fix their mistake. 🤦♂️. Whoever is over this pharmacy and staff, need to really get involved, cause I can see this place being ran better by a toddler than how it is currently. UNBELIEVABLE!By Brian Copeland (6 months ago)My 1st experience at this location and the worst CVS experience ever. Wish I had read reviews before. I take full responsibility for either my misuse of the app, or my wifi not working or SOMETHING, but I had scheduled an appointment today, got there and was told I didn’t have an appointment, but they knew what time it was at, somehow. They asked if they could fit me in and I was very appreciative they could, but I heard one of the other techs say “you’re dealing with her?”. :/ She threw paperwork at me with a “sign this.” And I asked where and she signed and told me.rp.fill it out 1st… She could’ve said that. I was just trying to help hurry me along. I will just stay at my normal location and won’t come back to this one.By Sarah Fox (2 months ago)Cashier sold me the incorrect Covid test. When asked for a covid test once I enter the store. She asked did I want a single or double test. I said a single would be fine. I proceeded to buy the test, when she handed me the test it said Antigen. I told her this is the incorrect test. Antigen check for antibodies for up to 30 days. I need the the regular test. She said it the same thing. I said no I want the regular test. I asked for a manager to speak with. She proceeded to call her manager “RENA” on her cell phone. She placed RENA on speaker phone so, the whole store can hear our conversation. Rena explained the same thing to me. I told Rena this is not my error I did not ask for a Antigen test. Your cashier handed me the test after I paid for it. The Cashier states “well you could have read it.” Well I did read after she handed to me after I purchased it. Rena said we are unable to refund covid test, because of insurance purposes. I said well I didn’t make the error you did. Cashier screamed at me to leave her store. I took the test to head to self check out, she ran behind me screaming give me to my test back. Then finally walked away. How embarrassing!By Val McCloud (3 months ago)Ups access point on white settlement road sucks. Cvs employee repeatedly said our package was not there while tracking number said was delivered there. Took 3 times going to store and employee finally saying it was there after the fact we were upset. No effort on actually looking at packages label or checking all labels on the boxes. Giving this place a 👎🏼By msalas98 (4 months ago)I spend so much money at this CVS but not anymore as of today, all over a coupon worth ~$2.30. They have a coupon for an item I was trying to purchase and I made sure to follow ALL of the rules because their coupons tend to have rules like the item must not be on sale, etc. This was a $5.99 item that I was trying to buy and I had a 40% off coupon for it sent to my card via an email. The coupon was not taking off the 40%, no big deal as sometimes this happens. I talked to the cashier and then who I assumed to be the mgr called over. They had no idea why it was not working and would not honor the coupon. They tried to make me use my 40% one item coupon which I had planned on using for another item that was more expensive. Instead of honoring their advertisement for which I was trying to buy 2 items, they said they would not and I could only get one. The details in the coupon did not limit to one and in fact said it could not exceed $99. It is illegal to offer a deal and then not honor it. I did not purchase any of the items which would have totalled $30-40 and the staff did not care one bit. I am done with my membership and going to this CVS all together. I will gladly spend more money somewhere thar honors their “deals.” I doubt they will care bc people will continue to spend money there but they won’t be getting mine. Membership cancelled as of today. I could never actually get the “free delivery” for prescriptions to work anyway. I will be calling and emailing corporate. Bye Felicia .By Ash F (6 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Ft. Worth TX! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
CVS bien surtido. Por fuera da mala apariencia, pero por dentro está como nuevo. Visited the minute clinic and the nurse practitioner was very friendly . The visit took 30 min in between examination and med pick up. We later purchased some cosmetic products. Great variety and friendly staff. Recommended location for sure
Horrible experience last night 10/22/19. Makala has horrible customer service skills and was very rude. She is possibly the worst person you could have as a manager at your store. I went to purchase a bottle of water that rang up $10.99. She stated that it was marked incorrectly and could not sell the water to me because it belonged in a six pack. She went to accuse a customer of stocking the shelf causing the error. I told her I didn’t believe a customer would stock the shelf in the store. She became even more rude and after a another customer got a bottle of water for me from the cooler. I paid for the water and she told me “you can leave now.” I asked for the manager on duty and she smirked I am the manager “bye have a good.” I told her don’t get upset with me because of the stores error and she continued to tell me to leave. I voiced my concerns to the pharmacist on duty and left the location.
I live in Plano and needed to run into the minute clinic for a medical issue while over there. I had no problems with the medical staff or pharmacist.
Her attitude and lack of customer service skills are uncalled for.
Please fix this.
Pam and the Pharmacy team was extremely helpful. I had some issues with a CPAP and needed to order a new one. They were very friendly, professional, and definitely customer service oriented. I really appreciate everything the CVS team at Camp Bowie did for me. Would definitely recommend this CVS to anyone.
I’m really not a fan of writing negative reviews, but something is just wrong with CVS. Like, it’s impossible to fill prescriptions. Something is always wrong and there is always a problem. I don’t think I’ve ever picked up a prescription at CVS without there being a problem. And, for one reason or another, I always end up having to call the doctor.
Unfortunately, my insurance is contracted with CVS. Ughhhhhh. Can’t wait until I get new healthcare.
Today, I booked a Covid PCR test and flu. Clearly, not feeling well at all. Drive to this one because of the duplicate testing option. As I get there, they tell me the system is down and they cannot do it. The CVS system allowed me to book, and nobody could pick up a phone so I wouldn’t have to go out sick to let me know.
