Thanks to CVS and their helpful and professional staff, my husband and I are now fully vaccinated to protect us from Covid-19. Checking in was as easy as booking our appointments online was. Their site will automatically direct you to schedule your second appointment and confirm both of your appointments. Please remember to bring your driver’s license or state identification card to get your vaccines at each appointment. You will receive your vaccination card at your first visit. You must have it with you along with your id for your second vaccine so it can be notated. We had wonderful Registered Nurses administering our vaccines. As professionals, they sanitize seats between patients and they are happy to go over any questions that you might have. After receiving your vaccines, you will be directed to wait in the designated socially distanced chairs for 15 minutes. You are free to go when 15 minutes has passed. CVS made getting our vaccines a safe and pleasant experience! We enjoyed strolling the store afterwards and found that they had some lovely fresh flowers, a great nut selection, grocery items, health and beauty items, and more! Well done, CVS! If you need something filled, I recommend finding a different place to get your medication, as it could take hours for them to finish. The ladies on the drive-through act like we aren’t sick and told us to go inside. I’m a kidney failure and they expect me to walk into the store everytime I get my meds. After they got it ready, I was forced to go back and wait in line for them. The line was quite long. A five minute pickup turned into a 35 minute pickup. The people who work in the pharmacy area are 100 percent deceitful. I call to refill my script and the person says I can pick it up after 1200pm noon. So I go to pick up at 5pm and they say that is was never ordered…. So I say order it… And they said give them a few minutes… So I figured they have my script and now have to wait for it. So I then get a text saying that they have to order my script and it may be here tomorrow or I have to wait till Monday. All I want is to be able to order my prescriptions, pick them up when I’m told that they are ready, and not be deceived. Not to much to ask for….. Honesty, in these covid times, come on man!!!!!

Medications rarely in stock when we need them monthly. Drive thru has been closed for months. The entire property is inhabited by transients. You have to walk alll the way to the back of the store and wait in line down an already congested aisle for the super slow brain dead pharmacy staff (with a couple exceptions) to even acknowledge your existence. They say the drive thru metal partition is broken, but funny how they stopped opening the drive thru when the summer months hit. Wow, what a coincidence! Wait time on the phone can be long, but I always get the help I need. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I’m usually greeted when I enter. I get my meds delivered most of the time. I find that to be efficient. I was going to move my Rx to a closer CVS but the reviews there were terrible. Outside of the store are great looking with a parking lot packed with cars. It is located at a decent shopping center for authentic asian food. The store need to be filled up with more items… There are too many empty shelves not fill with item. The store mainly focus on cosmetic and medication/medicine; However it is one of the best quick stop to grab some snack before you heading to Yosemite National Park.

Left my house @ 3:30am get to the CVS upon my arrival I spied a yellow piece of paper saying closed till 4:30am. When they finally opened the doors asked the acting manager why they were closed when the hours are posted open 24 hours a day not 23 1/2 hours they take lunch glad the place doesn’t shut down @ noon then it would be open 23 hours a day what a joke. Didn’t get back 2 my house till 5am
24hours is a joke. Get there just after midnight only to find the doors locked once again. This time 1st claiming the whole store went to lunch at the same time. Cant go 1 at a time. Said they would be back at 1220 but pharmacy could help you. Nope closed until 1215. Neither opened on time. Pharmacy at 1230. Store claimed short staffed and couldn’t open. Im sure the 4 people standing around in there don’t mind getting paid to do nothing. What happened to must being opened during posted business hours. Maybe time for better management and staff who can actually handle their job.
They didn’t have my prescription then they tell me they’ll have it the next day I call next day at 9am then they tell me they don’t get there delivery until 10am to call back at 10 I call at noon automated message says they’re on lunch and to call back after 12pm and automatically hangs up on me then I call 2 more times because now every automated message asks for my birthday and I enter it it automated message says this line is no longer taking calls I called back entered a fake birthday and now call goes through just so they can tell me they didn’t receive my prescription after 15 calls smh never again 👎🏽👎🏽
