Thanks for ruining my Christmas gifts. I ordered calendars as grandparent gifts two days ago and have gotten nothing but the run around from this store. They were supposed to be ready around 9 Thursday night. It’s now Sat night, (Christmas Eve) and they’re still not ready. This is a recurring incident that came to a head today. Went to fill my sons prescription, the lady said “it will be 15-20 minutes, do you want to wait come come back ?” We said “we’ll come back”. 45 minutes we come back, they haven’t fill it, then say well since you left we didn’t fill it. We dont fill the prescription if you leave. By then im mad so im like im not moving till you fill it. This racist karen gone threaten me with the cops. Im like do you wanna use my phone ? Apparently they think the “cops” is the solution for dealing with black people. The lady in the back comes out and has a way more professional response. There are several women in here that are rude, lazy, and very unprofessional. I would advise using somewhere else if you have to take medicine. Me personally, id rather go to the nearest liquor store and buy a 5th of whiskey to treat my ailments like they did in the 1800’s.
Melvin’s pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used here in El Dorado. They have the best prices and everyone is so knowledgeable. Whether you’re talking to the pharmacist or the tech’s, everyone knows what they’re talking about. This is just like a home store pharmacy to me where everyone knows your name. No matter what time you go in this location you’ll always meet someone that you know.
A+ Service really fast no matter how busy. Chain stores need 2take notes on how to handle chaos, because you’re in & out no 1-2hrs. & they’re friendly too Imagine that! LUV that place
