I never leave negative reviews but this experience just frustrated me. I signed up online for my first covid vaccine a week ago, got multiple confirmations that I was able to receive the first dose. When it came time to my appointment I waited in a line of over 12 people (which wasn’t the employees fault obviously) but once I got to the front the employee (who had a bad attitude with all of the customers she helped before me) told me ‘oh we don’t do the first doses.’ i simply told her it said online and through my multiple messages about it that this was for a first dose. She shrugged and said she doesn’t know why cause they don’t have it. I understand it’s not their fault they don’t have it, but would’ve been nice to know or even get a call warning me in advance before I scheduled my day around it, additionally with zero empathy or help how i could get one. Overall negative experience.By Ashley S. (a month ago)Many items are not marked or priced correctly. But my big concern was the lazy, rude female worker standing around and eating in the aisles. She was actually picking a fight with a customer today…very unprofessional.By Jamie M (a month ago)I don’t write reviews often, the store said it was open until 10 but I walked in at 9 o’clock and was told they’re closing soon by a clerk walking towards the door. The clerk locked the doors behind me and said I have two minutes. I looked for cough drops and they had nothing left. I wanted to look for more but knowing I had “2 minutes” I felt rushed so I just leftBy Lexy Johnson (5 months ago)RUDE MANAGER ALERT!!! Beauty products are not marked with prices but there is no app or scanner. Cashier made a “something smells bad”face when asked for a price. Good luck finding items that qualify for the buy one get one 50% off sale. I have yet to successfully select items that fall into this category. Lots of flashy 50% off sale tags but, upon closer look you realize you are only getting 25% off one of their already overpriced items. Cashier (who I found out was the manager) told me that CVS does not accept returns from other stores. After checking the website (which clearly states that CVS does except returns) I went back into the store to try again. I explained that I had spoken to both the Fargo manager and the manager at the South CVS location but that driving to another location was a huge inconvenience. Nope, no luck. He had spoken to the “real”store manager and I was told that not only do they not accept returns, I was banned from the store. He screamed this across the counter and the entire store could hear him. I responded with a few choice words of my own, which were also heard by the entire store. By now I was shaking and almost in tears but headed to the south location where I was able to return all of my items. I would just like to add that Britney, the manager at the Fargo CVS and the manager and staff at the South CVS location were a delight to work. I guess I will just have to wear a disguise next time I visit this CVS. What a jerk.By Jayme Kershaw (10 months ago)This place is horrible it deserves 0 stars. I was in a line of about 12 people waiting to pay for my prescription at 4:30. they had a bunch of workers standing around while 1 person was working at the till and she was very slow. Waited almost 25 minutes before they got a second person at the till. In the mean time about 5 people didn’t want to wait in line, they were budging in line by trying to merge. 2 times they called somebody over the speaker that there prescription was ready and that person was allowed to come up to one of the empty tills and got rang up immediately. My prescription was ready for hours and so were a lot of the people who were in line ahead of me they did not get called up to get rang up at one of the empty tills. CVS is an ok place to shop but not if you want to get your prescriptions filled go to one of the smaller pharmacy’s they are a lot quicker and they value your time by not wasting it while you wait forever.By Randell Abner (a year ago)

I cannot remember the last time I’ve been there to pick up my monthly prescription without having issues. It never fails. Every single month, there’s a problem when I arrive to pick it up, even after receiving notification that they’re ready to go. It’s nothing on the clinic or insurance companies. It is just Thrifty White’s lack of attention to detail, and lack of communication with their customers. This was the final straw that prompted me to leave a review: I received my text notification to alert me that my prescriptions were filled and ready to be picked up. But when I arrived, they only had one of the two ready. And as ALWAYS, I had to ask them where the second one was (I ALWAYS clarify that there are two when I call in for a refill, because this ALWAYS ALWAYS happens). “Oh, they’re out. They don’t have it in stock. Sorry.” It was 7pm so the clinic is closed, and I drove 30 miles one way to pick it up. I called it in YESTERDAY morning, and they don’t have the decency to alert their customers when this happens, but actually lie to them saying they’re filled and waiting to be picked up?
I can deal with occasional occurrences of mess ups, but when this is seriously every single month…. it’s time to quit giving them money and go elsewhere.
By Jill Kostelecky (a month ago)Prescriptions are never done when they’re supposed to be done. Not sure what the point is of scheduling refills to be done on a certain day when it’s not done ever on that day or the time that they say they’re gonna be done. The drive-through is never open so don’t count on that either.By Tegan Schooler (a month ago)My family understands the demands on all health care workers in good times
and bad. The demands of these stressful months that we all are in cannot be improved except for thoughtful introspection and understanding by all.By Lyle Brudvig (a year ago)Took my daughter to urgent care, and we finished just after 8pm. I thought we’d have to wait until the following morning to pick up her prescription, but the pharmacist stayed late to make sure she got the medicine she needed and still patiently answered all my questions. I was so grateful!By Jennifer Newell (3 years ago)To bad you can’t submit no stars.EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to wait in the pharmacy for them to fill prescriptions, after I’ve already called ahead to verify my prescriptions are ready to pickup. Then half the time I get my scripts they are only half filled and I have to go back for the other half. If you have a compound medication, don’t expect them to prep it and be ready for you to pick up. Anticipate waiting 30 minutes minimum for them to add the damn water and shake. We are switching pharmacies. I will be telling all my friends, family, and acquaintances to avoid this place like the plague.

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Dickinson ND! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
Seems disorganized. A lot of people like it but I’m not a bulk shopper and going to an old mall with a packed supermarket doesn’t really appeal to me. Walmart is cheaper, Family Fair on the West side is nicer Family Fair downtown is less crowded, where does this fit in? Does have some unique items, just not my cup of tea.
Great grocery store, selection is everything I want!
Employees are very helpful. Only store in Dickinson that has the FAMOUS PRIDE ICE CREAM, from the creamery in Bottineau, North Dakota. Meat department is the best, too.
Needed some last minute groceries Be for guests arrived Saturday. Being fourth of July weekend always puts you in a rush. So grabbed up the family and hit up Cash Wise. Found all items quickly and conveniently. Grabbed the stash and paid the cash and made it back in a flash. Just playing my shopping experience was an excellent one. Thanks Cash Wise.Peace big John
Bakery upset me. I struggle finding some to get my order over the phone for 2 days, finally I came to pick my cupcakes up and everything was wrong. They told me they were $1 each, I asked for 20 and they gave me 24 and charge me $25.99, I asked for marble bread and they gave me chocolate(my daughter is expecting marble) I asked whipped cream and they gave me frosting, I asked for light purple and they gave me dark purple that just stain my hands😡 I was thinking a lot to not take them with me since it’s not what I order at all, but since it’s a snow day I can not be around with my baby looking for cupcakes for her class today 😡 not ordering from here again. These cupcakes looked like Halloween which I don’t celebrate Halloween. They did a horrible job.
I recently shopped at Cash Wise and was pleased with the cleanliness of the store. The check-out line can be slow at times, but they do have self-checkout options available which is convenient. There is also a Caribou coffee shop inside the store, which is nice although it can be a bit slow at times. The only downside is that the layout of the store can be confusing at times, but overall I had a good experience and would give Cash Wise a 4-star rating.
