First time in this store and was very impressed right off the bat. I was greeted and asked if needed any help locating something. Then my 2 yr old lost one of his shoes and nice employee helped me look for it.By Sheila Bean (a year ago)Not a great place … first of all, they do not answer their phones. I verified this by walking in and calling them and standing there and watched them ignore the phone for 10 minutes. The same day my wife went to pick up prescription up and they ignored her for 10 minutes until they were ready to serve her. A couple of the pharmacists are nice but some of the employees are grouchy and argue back and forth amongst themselves. It sucks for you if have to go here because of your medical Network. I always have CVS coupons on hand and leave with more! I saved over $38 on my purchase and recieved a $10 CVS cash coupon, a $3 off a $15 purchase coupon and a $8 off a $60 purchase coupon. Plus a bunch of coupons for store items. The store is always well stocked without overcrowding the isles. I understand that businesses are currently short staffed and it can be stressful but the pharmacy staff is extremely rude. They gave me the wrong medicine because they ran an old prescription from February without my permission. When I brought the wrong medicine back they were extremely rude and never apologized for the inconvenience.. They also argued with me about using a. Co pay card. Reason for 2 stars is staff. I went to checkout and asked the employee if this was the register that was open and her answer was or you can do self checkout. So I went and did self checkout and item rang up wrong so I had to wait for her to checkout people at register who came after me to fix price and it was still wrong. The pharmacy has been the best of all the others. I have ever tried. I had one bad experience with a manager. He told my kids to stop looking at stuff. While we were waiting on my prescription. Very odd experience. Since I was standing right there with them. Anyway, I’m not going to judge the pharmacy. Just because of one weird rude guy. However it earned 4 out 5 because of this. Mind you its because of the store not the pharmacy. I would suggest you give it a try.
To be fair when the staff are they they are very nice. My problem is I have been there twice in the last month and absolutely no staff are up front. The first time I was not in a hurry I finally found the guy that was supposed to be upfront in the back at the pharmacy checking people out. It made no sense they had two other employees back there the other girl was also checking people out. Why not keep someone up front so you don’t get robbed. The second time, today I stood upfront for 12 mins till I finally had to leave there were 3 people in line behind me no one ever came. A women who didn’t work there said they got him checking people out in the pharmacy (seriously again). The I left mad. Tried calling the store and no one answered the phone not the front or the pharmacy. This is the worst cvs has got to offer. Go to the other side of town where they have workers.
They need more staff for as busy as it is. But staff they have are good but need to be aware of customers upfront to prevent them from waiting or put up a sign to go to pharmacy which will make them wait longer.
Pharmacy needs more help they need to focus on filling prescriptions than offering shots and vaccinations that should be left up to the Doctors. I walked out and will be moving my meds to another pharmacy.
Why does a customer have to provide restricted personal information to purchase a product ??? Honor private request s . Plenty of stores to buy product from at a much cheaper cost with no demand for a customers information.
Also why does a person have to provide date of birth to pitchase toothpaste .
