Says prescription will be ready in 30 minutes after somehow not being ready despite me ordering hours before, only to sit through the line for a second time to be told it was out of stock and would be ready the next day. My husband had just had eye surgery and we stopped for supplies.We couldn’t find an eyepatch so I asked the lady of color in the pharmacy for help and was told she was coming to help us look.She never did.We got our things and went up front.No cashier.We used the self checkout.There was an error. I begin to hunt a cashier.I couldn’t find ANYBODY.He used the other self checkout and same thing. Meanwhile, I’m Still hunting a cashier.Needless to say,we left our purchases, checkouts screwed up and left.
You would think there would be SOMEBODY available. I called to check on the prescription on December 22 and was told that they did not have it in stock but might receive it the following day when the truck came. I was told to call back and check the next day. I called back on December 23, only to discover that it did not come in on the truck and would not be in until Monday, December 27. I was told that they had contacted every CVS in a 20 mile radius and none of them had it either. I was told to call other pharmacies and ask them to contact CVS to get the prescription. The young lady that I spoke with did offer an apology and I did appreciate that, but do not feel that I was adequately served by this pharmacy.By shelly normand (a year ago)There is always something with this place. They continuously print out scarf length receipts with coupons on them and the minute I tried to use one that I gotten for ten dollars off a purchase, they couldn’t get it to work. They tried to reissue it and STILL couldn’t get it to work. I finally told them to delete my number and information from their systems if I can’t use any of the obnoxious amount of coupons they print out. The workers are generally nice and helpful, but CVS as a company needs to get with the times on their technology. We are definitely switching pharmacies.By Januckery (2 years ago)

The store opens up at 8 am not 810. This manager is always late and have vendors, customers, and pharmacy techs waiting on her!
I waited in line for 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the drive thru window it had just turned 8 o’clock, and the young lady at the window shut the window in my face and told me to come back tomorrow. I was literally the last person in line, my prescription was already paid for (I’d received a text message letting me know it was ready), and it had just rolled over to 8 o’clock. And the pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum.
Wish there was a zero. My husband is sick … they close for lunch in front of me “knowing they aren’t coming back” .. we waited 30 minutes (if they weren’t going to come back they need to put a sign… but since they saw I was waiting they could have told me )
A worker in the pharmacy area never told me as I am sitting in a chair by the pharmacy waiting.
They did have a sign….but not the hours they were actually working .
Can’t understand bringing prescription for sons surgery recovery..told come back in 3 hours…get more help or quit promoting good health..
Ridiculous. Supposed to open at 9. It was 9:45 before pharmacists showed up. Glad I’m not in need of some sort of essential medicine. I can understand a couple minutes late, rough morning, etc. Other customers in line have said this has happened before with pharmacist showing up an hour late before.
