I had made an appointment for a flu vaccine here. When I got there they did not believe that I had an appointment nor did they have my insurance in the system despite me putting in my insurance online. Then they said that I they did not take my insurance. This isn’t true as its listed on the CVS website that they do, and I get my perscriptions from CVS.
The phamarcy workers seem to be doing everything they can to avoid work.
By Christian Tindula (4 months ago)This place is the worst. They towed my car from a CVS parking lot (717 University Dr #101, College Station, TX 77840) and severely dented and scratched it. When I stopped by to pick it up and noticed the damage they refused to provide their insurance information and would not release the car without paying for the tow fee. When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau they just laughed in my face. I had to call the cops to get a report and release my vehicle without having to sign a waiver for the damage. The car was towed in less than two hours after being parked. My daughter was at CVS picking up her heart medication and had to take some time before moving her car because he was feeling dizzy due to her condition.By Oyuki Silva (a year ago)Never have used this store, nor will I ever! I’m out of state and son is attending school there, came down with the flu on Sunday. He went to the doctor Monday and was given a prescription. He brought it here immediately to be filled. They said they had to order it and it would be ready Tuesday (today). I call this evening as he hasn’t heard from them all day. They said they have it but to send him over now bc they are closing in 30. He gets there, they say they don’t have it and he will have to come tomorrow. I ask to speak with them, and I can hear them in the background say give us 1 minute and we will have it ready. 2 minutes pass, and it’s closing time. They then retract their story and say no, they don’t have it and they must have given it to someone else. WHAT??? Obviously this was to get out of talking to a ticked off mom. I called up there right away, and oh well it’s closed now so of course can’t talk to anyone. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism at a pharmacy before. went back to my car, it was towed. There were plenty of spaces in the parking lot the whole time. I was told I had to stay in cvs all the time to not to get towed, which was so unfair. That 1 hour parking sign is just a trap!Updates: After complaining on CVS facebook homepage, the CVS manager of that store reached out to me and offered a refund on my tow fee. She was very nice and polite, and I am satisfied with how they handled this issue.

The checkout process was difficult in my last visit to store. The medicine’s prescribed to provide to him next 48 hours can be picked up after 3 days only 🙂 We managed to get it from hospital pharmacy after a long wait. Again we had a follow up with doctor and she prescribed a nebulizer , but in the pharmacy system its not there ( they provided the medicine though 🙂 what I will do with that medicine alone ? ) after 8 hours of wait time to pick up it .
If you dont have the facility to help – shut down it and give the other standard providers. Keeping this facility open is again risking peoples lives , we are not here to pay the bills . Mr. Sam, the manager in pharmacy, was outstanding!! I will definitely be getting all of my prescriptions filled here from now on! I was having trouble with my daughter’s insurance for 4 days, had my prescriptions transferred to CVS and he got them filled immediately! He was so professional and explained to me what was going on while every other place had me calling a million numbers and still couldn’t fix the issue. So so Thankful for his help and amazing service!
Pharmacy staff is always particularly helpful. In particular, Wilfred, went way out of his way to get to the bottom of a pricing discrepancy through goodRX. I’m currently uninsured and he definitely didn’t have to go so far out of his way to accommodate me, but he did and I’m grateful. Saved me about $90 in the process. Definitely a huge asset to the company.
Representative for the pharmacy who answered the phone was very short with me and very rude and made me feel unworthy!!!

I usually have nothing but good experiences but this lady named Anna tried to ring herself up some chapsticks when I told her I wanted to use my 10$ rewards and tried to tell me it would all go away. I tried telling her no it will not bc my stuff was only 3.22 I would still have some left that it’s been that way as long as I’ve had this. I told her excuse me when she scanned the chapsticks which were about 5 bucks and she took them off when I caught on . Worse experience ever this time.
Drop ups packages on a regular basis. Normally deal with three different people. 2 of them are awesome! The third is terrible. She makes you feel as though you are bothering her, terrible customer service skills. Need to take a chill pill.
