I don’t know what pharmacy tech I got on the phone, but she was so rude. I called twice to get my pharmacy switched, both times she answered then immediately hung up the phone. She finally answered on the third call, and was so rude. I came to this location to pick up some money via money gram. I walked here in the cold and waited for my confirmation code. The manager was very rude and refused to do the transaction because she said she wasnt doing it unless I spent the money there. I was planning on buying a few things but I needed the money for groceries and necessities that would be cheaper elsewhere. She was very rude. She said it was to close to the time moneygram stops (8pm) however it wasnt 8 o clock yet. I ended up having to walk another hour to the nearest money gram location in the cold on a dangerous road. Very unprofessional and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Worst customer service this cvs pharmacy again and again. Male pharmacist seems incompetent. After the third time not getting np thyroid filled despite having requested it a week before I went to another pharmacy. I suggested at cvs he contact doctor to fill for whatever natural thyroid med they can get. He told me they could get it but have to do special request which apparently none of the staff know about. He said it just started but it was the third month I had requested np thyroid fill and several days later I would go to pick it up only to find out they didn’t have in stock and had not ordered it. I went to Gulf pharmacy and the pharmacist stated there was a shortage on np thyroid, but that armour thyroid which is same type of med was available. This pharmacist did what I had suggested to the cvs pharmacist. Within 15 minutes I had the med in hand at gulf and was out the door.
Without going into too much detail the two ladies (I wish I had their names!) working on the night of March 14 2019 helped my friend avoid a phone scam that would have cost him hundreds. To me, that’s going above and beyond. Excellent service!
This place makes you wait hour to fill up a prescription no matter the size Walgreens is 1000% better than this place mom and pop phymarcys are better heck you can probably go to the grocery store and buy a home remedy ingredients prepare it and save some time that way because they place your life on hold as much as possible
Horrible wait times to pick up prescriptions, regularly have to wait 30 min or more in drive thru with only 2 cars in line.
