The worst customer service is in the pharmacy. Very rude and disrespectful. There is 1 nice male pharmacy employee and the women talk down to him and are rude to him in front of customers. After talking on the phone the women hardly ever say goodbye and slam the phone down. They treat you like your a burden. I don’t think they remember the customer is paying their paycheck. Or they don’t care. If that’s the case, just a nice suggestion, find a different profession! Most customers that are going there for prescriptions are not feeling good and they don’t keep that in mind. Very terrible customer service!!!! They don’t even deserve even the 1 star. For a whole year I paid for a prescription that was expensive that should have been ran through my medical insurance not prescription insurance but NEVER told me that they do not run under medical insurance. I’ve learned to take their “attitude” and “rudeness” towards me but still ask questions. They charged me for a prescription that was clearly covered by the MISSION act for vets, but I was sick and really didn’t have time to argue over it. This is not the first time CVS has lied to my family about coverage on medical supplies and prescriptions. Friendly staff and overall clean store. Pharmacy has a drive thru, which is handy. Prices are a little higher than Walgreens. Also, find it odd that they don’t sell cigarettes for health reasons but they sell a bunch of liquor and totally unhealthy snacks. This location is better than you would think (since it’s inside the mall)! Pharmacy staff, aside from the Asian gentleman whom I primarily see working the drive thru, aren’t friendly or seem to know what is going on. The pharmacist acted like he had never used a register before.
Tonight I needed to get some medication for my child. Went to the front to grab a drink from the cooler and it’s barely stocked with anything. The young man whom I thought was another customer, was actually the cashier. Street clothes and not even a name tag. Proceeded to give me a receipt but forgot my change. Seemed nice but not very professional.
Where did everybody go?
24 Hour Pharmacy: really? In the middle of the day, the pharmacy counter had its shutters down. No signs saying what was going on, or when they would be open again. You could wander about the store, but no staff… and not even anyone at the checkout.
(Kind of creepy. Made me wonder if the pharmacy was being robbed.)
I have not been able to fill 1 prescription without some kind of issue “delaying” it after I already receive the notification that it’s ready. Save yourself the time & energy by going somewhere else.
Honestly I’m pretty disappointed and upset. I went for the drive thru PCR Covid test because my at home test was positive. I asked if I could buy chloraseptic spray and afrin through the drive thru and she wouldn’t sell it to me because there was a car behind me? They literally have a sign posted that it is full service and cold medicines you can buy through their drive thru. And she refused. KNOWING that I’m not allowed in the building and that my at home test was positive. Shout out to Juanita. Employee of the month. Not.
Worst place I have ever dealt with. Constant issues with them not checking for new prescriptions. Went in for a vaccine and was 17 minutes late due to an accident. They refused to do it. Literally any option is better than this one.
