I just transferred all my scripts from cvs east to Walgreens because they texted me twice that they were ready, and when I went there they weren’t even filled and one wasn’t even listed. Two of the workers couldn’t figure it out. These are all ones I’ve had for years and refilled with the same insurance at the same pharmacy. I ran out for 2 days. Ugh. Bad service loses business.By montana huntress (a year ago)Well, sad to say I am shocked by the cashier Tina’s behavior today…. absolutely the rudest encounter I have ever had in customer service…. and she laughed when I asked for a manager and said there wasn’t one working today…. she was condescending and out right disrespectful…why you might ask? Because I was looking for my coupon ….there was no one in line behind me and I was using self check ….she came over and said she had to cancel my purchases because I was taking too long ….I had looked for my coupon for less than a minute. I cannot believe this person has a job the way she treats people and with no manager to let know about her behavior I am certain they will be losing a lot of business because of her .

My prescriptions are often incorrect and they always cost a lot! Getting new prescription meds is difficult. Pharmacy always messes up new prescription and change in current prescription meds. Every month is a hassle to refill my prescriptions. Little biased. It’s uncomfortable sometimes.Other than that I love CVS I’ve been a member for years and would recommend this store over any other drug store in town.

Just received a call from someone claiming to be from this pharmacy (Michael?) indicating they needed to update my personal information so I could have 3 month refills. I politely responded that I am not currently in the area and don’t actually have any refillable prescriptions and once he realized I wasn’t going to give my personal info over the phone he abruptly hung up on me. I called back the number to ensure it was this pharmacy because the call seemed so sketchy, and sure enough the call was from this pharmacy. I will definitely go elsewhere when I return to Helena for any future prescriptions. A very bizarre way to conduct business. And to whoever you are that called, I hope life starts looking up for you at some point and you find some peace.
It really bothers me how much this location has gone downhill in the last two years. It’s almost never open hours I can pick-up prescriptions. Hours change frequently. The store is messy. It’s all but impossible to opt-out of their frequent and intrusive text messages.
Never open when i need my medications!!! I’m sorry but I need my meds for heart and B/P along with meds for endocrine issue! I am ready to change pharmacies!!!!! But you all don’t care!
3rd year in a row they have taken vaccination reservations but not had anyone on staff who could give the shot, they didn’t have the shot, or just flat out closed early with a hand written sign in the door. “You know how to *take* the reservation, you just don’t know how to *hold* the reservation. And that’s really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.”
