This CVS took over the Schnuck’s pharmacy (which I loved). So I was migrated over.
The people have been great and helpful, no complaints there! However, I’m constantly having issues with their system. Whether it’s refilling, being charged for stuff I shouldn’t be, inconsistent prices each time (one time it’s $7 the next it’s $19, etc…same rx), inconsistent/incorrect text notifications, etc. It’s just a mess and has been frustrating. Fantastic and quick service. Was NOT expecting to get my out of state prescription filled in under 5 minutes with zero difficulties. Very friendly and upbeat staff. Made my day.

The last 2 visits to this pharmacy were extended waits. Last visit only one staff member (unprofessional pharmacist)and wouldn’t come to the window to check out a prescription for 35 minutes. It’s not ideal when you have a kid in the car that just had 4 wisdom teeth removed then after the wait didn’t have the medicine in stock.
I have been calling for two days trying to get my prescriptions transferred from Gerbes West to this pharmacy. I have waited on hold 10+ minutes each time. They are not answering their phones. They must not want my business, so I guess I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walmart instead.
Haven’t called since a week ago to let me know scripts are ready. Closed 1pm – 2pm. Twelve people in line! Not very friendly.
