Easy to see the efficiency of there work ethic doing there Job title !! so happy to have the efficient service the employees put forth on my prescriptions an advice given!! an not much wait time for walkins!!! They need better pharmacy employees. I went to get a covid test and the lady had such a rude disgusting attitude. Anytime I asked a question she had a condescending tone. If you don’t like your job get a new one!!
I went thru drive thru pharmacy to do a covid test n the lady there wish i got her name but she was soo rude i fept like slapping her anywya need lots of training for better customer service dont bring your ugly attitude to work
Went for covid test and felt like i was being scolded by a school teacher during an actual test, never have been spoken to so disrespectfully and could never imagine speaking to others in such a way. I understand her position may be stressful but not acceptable at all in any service position. Dealing with Karen’s is one thing but being rude to every customer is just unprofessional .
Very bad customer service no cashier had to use self checkout and when I did it didn’t work so I could not even buy anything. Employees are very rude.
