Pharmacist was very kind and thorough with making sure my covid and flu vaccine were done properly, and that I had enough protection for being immunodeficient. Thank you!!!
I made an appointment for my COVID shot for 3:30pm and wasn’t seen until more than an hour later. Do we not have a manager in the pharmacy area that can manage their personnel better.
Normally have no issue with my prescription pick up. Staff always nice.
Recently made an appointment for a vaccine. Stood in the line with the sign “consultation” and was ignored. I finally flagged down an employee who said to go to the “pick up” line to help in the order of arrival. This negates making an appointment. Either fix the signs, add guidance, or rework the system.
Drove here from gig harbor. Paid a bridge toll to fill two prescriptions. They said they could get them done but where closing in 10 minutes. Came back at 5:59 “closed at 6” to pick up but were already closed and said rudely that prescriptions were done but they closed early because no one was waiting. I was an isle over looking at toothpaste. Terrible service. Should of said to wait right there and not to move or they would close early. Lazy and rude people should get a job where they don’t have to interact with the public.
Literally every time I try to pick up a prescription here it’s at least a 15 minute wait, even after they call to tell me it’s ready. It’s like they think I love browsing the toiletry aisles after a long day of work or something
